Sure he has some nice…read moreguitars, but this man ups the price on everything, he will sell you a 6,30 euro pack of strings at 13,70 euro and not even blink when you question him about it. Everything is just so much more expensive in his store, his world, his prices! As if times weren't hard enough for Artists we gotta start robbing amongst ourselves! Unless you absolutly need a ''Reverend'' guitar or a ''Nash'', you have absolutly no business there, and even then... This is a no-go!

While living in Belgium last year I attempted to order an amp from this store on-line. After…read morewaiting for 3 months, and after numerous emails and phone calls on a near-weekly basis, I was informed that the equipment I wanted was not available, and never had been. They simply had not updated their web page for god knows how long. 3 weeks later, and more emails and phone calls, and I finally got my money back without so much as a "sorry for the inconvenience". Absolutely horrible customer service, and a double-helping of incompetence to top it off. Once I got my money back, I ordered from a German company and got what I needed in 5 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM KEY MUSIC!!! As for their store, it's average at best in terms of stock and price, but again the customer service is atrocious. The salesperson had a friend hanging out in the store at the same time I was trying to purchase an overdrive pedal, so he was rather put off at having to answer any questions...The guy wouldn't even take the time to let me plug it in and play through it, as apparently a 250 euro sale is not worthy of their attention.

He didn't give any valuable advice or complete answers to my questions and just seemed in a rush to push me into buying something (whatever) or get me out of the shop as soon as possible. I felt he had no interest in helping me at all. I felt I couldn't trust his advice.

I felt that I could trust him and his advice, and that he was interested in my satisfaction as a costumer over trying to push me into buying something. The store has a nice quiet environment. I highly recommend it! Prices are very good. When searching online for similar items the differences were surprisingly small, and in my opinion well worth it for the comfort of having a good service and the reassuring support of a physical shop.

I highly recommend Ben's guitar shop after taking a friend's Tele. The guitar is new but was badly…read moreset up, wasn't very playable and didn't sound right. Ben did a fantastic job and I got the Tele back within a couple of days ,and man what a difference! It's now very playable and the sound is so much better. Both pickups were at the wrong height, neck too high, bridge too low. Now the twangy sound, typical of a Tele, is present and lovely on position 3 (bridge). Besides, Ben is very knowledgeable about guitars and a nice chap and his pricing is very decent. So, great work for a very democratic price and job done swiftly. I am going back with other guitars, no doubt about that.
