Instead of watching Walking Dead, you can go for a walk amongst the dead. This is actually a cool place to come for a walk, I bring my dog here for walks and he loves it. For the historians reading this review, the first burial here was in 1916 which makes for a fascinating walk amongst the tombstones. You need to wear appropriate off road type footwear as this cemetery features varied terrain of mostly dirt, gravel and some hilly grassy areas. If you walk to the top you will be rewarded with a magnificent view of the harbour and the cemetery is relaxing, it is pretty dead.
This cemetery is still operational although from it's abandoned looking appearance you might think otherwise. Not sure of what the nightlife is like down here, I've not ever ventured into the cemetery after 8pm but if someone does it could make for an interesting review. read more
