My grandson is a first time driver. What if the power steering would've gone out while he was driving down the road at 50-60mph? I have had more than 1 terrible experience with the service department. The most recent was I took…read moremy car in for an oil change and to have fluids checked. The next morning there was, what appeared to be a few drops of oil on the ground so I took it back to ensure the oil filter and plug were tight enough. I also noticed that the automatic steering was making noise and asked them to check it out. Was told that they put some more oil in it and checked the steering fluid and everything was good. Steering still made noise and was hard to steer, took it to Hilltop Dodge and they immediately said that a steering fluid hose was damaged. I have paid for oil changes to include tire rotations and fluid checks. It is obvious that the tires were never rotated. The dust on the tire was not even disturbed. No finger prints on the tire rims at all. This happened more than once. They are very nice when you call and ask about the work, question what was done or even complain but its the same old run around every single time. "So sorry!" but still the same subpar work. The people in the service office at Ford are nice enough but their mechanics are terrible. DO NOT USE!!!!
