Upon driving on my road trip, my tire on the opposite side of another tire I had replaced at this location had then exploded, stranding me on the side of the road. Round one took 3 weeks, and the quality was laughable. I had multiple people give me their opinion without me saying anything, and all were dumbfounded that any collision place would even consider letting a vehicle go out the door with so many defects (and the absolute filth left inside). Sent it back for a second try, another week without my car. Again the same result - absolutely unacceptable. I also received a notification on my car app that a tire was low (this is a new car I've barely had a year). I made them aware, and they claimed all my tires were low (lie), but they'd air them up. Third try - a fifth week without my car - they finally got it close enough that I was just happy to be done with them... then got home and realized my headlights no longer worked at all. Returned it a FOURTH time and demanded they do something right for once and without any further delay. Got it back again and my tire is low again (same one as before). Turns out they ran over a nail, and I paid out of pocket for that repair simply to avoid any further contact with this joke of a business. Did I mention the very sharp razor blade they left on my windshield? Or how I never got any sort of apology for their incompetence? Instead I got an attitude of "we're bending over backwards to make you happy." NO - you failed repeatedly to do your job - a job you were paid to do - and should be ashamed of your unprofessional, unacceptable, unbelievably horrible service and lack of communication. After putting nearly $14,000 into repairs over the last couple of years, my car broke down again a few months ago and I honestly didn't know what I was going to do. I'm from the city, but decided to take a chance and drive down to Ada to see Roger at Fastlane Auto Sports. Not only was the drive beautiful, it took about the same amount of time as driving to Edmond -- just without all the traffic. My kids even loved the drive down there. After inspecting my vehicle, Roger discovered that a previous valve cover gasket repair had been done incorrectly, causing oil leaks from the valve cover gaskets and other areas. He also found an issue with the water pump that needed immediate attention. He was able to repair both issues for a much better price than what I had been quoted in the city. What really stood out to me was his honesty, communication, and transparency throughout the entire process. He took the time to send photos and videos while working on the vehicle, explaining exactly what he was fixing and why. He also helped prioritize future repairs and preventative maintenance so I could safely get back on the road without feeling overwhelmed financially. When I picked my car up, Roger even took me on a test drive to go over everything that had been repaired and explain the maintenance plan moving forward. Not honest even though he tries to call fellow veterans "brother", found multiple loose bolts on…read morepower steering pump, thermostat housing was still leaking after they "repaired" the car a second time, when I got down to the bolts of said housing one literally pulled out by hand, the other two took two easy turns(no wrench needed) and fell out, holes stripped, an issue I noted on the first "repair". Hose clamps missing, other molded hoses replaced with straight pieces of hose crudely cut and kinked, ground wires laying on top of the catalytic converter.... I'd need a piece of paper to write down everything I found, but he was sure to run the bill up paying a new hand that knew nothing to put a rear oil seal in the car then give it back and tell me "I think it might have a blown headgasket but it runs like a scalded ape", pretty sure his hot rodding a car that was over heating caused that. Traded a car that ran and drove just fine (his employee kept running toll roads till I got a notice in the mail threatening my girlfriends license and my own if we didn't pay the $40 in tolls and fees he had caused with our tag still on the car) to do the repair as the owner showed interest in the car and we had just bought this other one. Afraid of what else is going to go wrong with the car now as I found other stuff left completely unbolted and he did the water pump which is behind the timing cover on this car. I'm out a $2200+ car (at the time, same car would cost you 3k now) and the time and money I've spent re-fixing what should've been done right the first or even the second time! Beware of this shop and get everything in writing before repairs are done and keep a receipt of it all, people like Roger are why I don't trust people in general.

They sat me down at their computer to look over their shoulder when placing my order to insure I got every option I wanted. When my new car was dielivered, it had a bad speaker from the factory. Their Service Department went above and beyond treating me with courtesy and providing me the use of a loaner car while mine was in for warranty work. The speaker problem was difficult to diagnose. They worked closely with GM engineers and found and fixed the problem. If you live anywhere near Ada, please give these guys a chance. They gave me a very competitive price and provided me with friendly home-town service after the sale.
