We spent the weekend here while visiting the area, and I was impressed by the amenities and service. They called me the morning of my arrival to see if there was anything special that I wanted or needed. Upon arrival, we were met with a friendly staff, and the check-in process was very smooth. We used the pool and hot tub spa, as well as the gym, while we were there and both were nice. There is a large park behind the hotel that runs about 4 or 4 miles along the river with a nice pave path that had a lot of people on bikes, people walking, jogging, and taking their dogs. It is very scenic and relaxing. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here the next time we are staying in the area! read more

a new hotel, but with no amenities included, they charge for parking? they have a large parking lot! all the other comparable nearby hotels do not charge 10 bucks to park. Also, no breakfast included, most hotels have a modest buffet for guests, here they charge arm/leg for a modest bfast. shower looks great, not so great in use. No anti skid on shower floor, it was slippery when I used it. also poor water pressure, inadequate im my opinion. the clean rooms were good, mattress was a bit hard, not a "hilton" mattress, other real hiltons have hilton beds that are superior. Channels on TV are not active, when I called the front desk they told me "log in using my home information". NO, im at a HOTEL. jeez how cheap can they get?? saw a show in apple tv, nope just cause you see it on the screen does not mean your going to watch.. read more

I cannot believe these people actually charge for parking when the first thing you smell when you get out of your vehicle is the waste facility that is located within a few hundred yards of their hotel. While they have a nice hotel, I cannot fathom why they would charge somebody that's already paying a high rate for a hotel based upon the area comparable costs. It's an absolute testament to their greed for profit! I suggest you stay elsewhere and I say that being a diamond member with Hilton. I spent thousands of dollars every year, which I am now questioning. Greedy!!!!!! read more

a very pleasant stay on Thursday night, Friday, Saturday, and check out at noon on Sunday. this Hilton is a mere 4 years old so the rooms are fresh and updated. room 409. location: close to the end of a hallway but easy access to the ice machine room that also housed a coke machine. far enough from the elevator to keep traffic down but not too far away when trundling suitcases down the hallway. an emergency stairway is conveniently located 3 doors away. this room is one of the rooms with a "push out" so you gain maybe 3 ft of floor space. the view from the beds is gorgeous. you cannot see the parking lot until you step up to the window. clean, bright, modern straight lines. minimalist with 1 easy chair and 1 office chair. i think another easy chair in the empty corner would be perfect. there's plenty of room on the desk/tv stand console to work 2 laptops with storage space under the tv. window coverings are 2 pull blinds, one blackout, and one sun shade. microwave, keurig, and fridge are all clean and working. The air conditioner was not loud and worked very well. the closet is roomy with pullout drawers. the bathroom is spotless, with a large roomy counter space and plenty of towels. too bad there is only 1 sink. there are no individual shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as it is with every hotel I've stayed post- covid. beds are comfortable. there are plenty of USB and outlet plugs bedside. the restaurant/ food. open for breakfast and dinner. if your reservation does not include the breakfast buffet, the 2 egg (comes with the meat of your choice) breakfast at $10.99 is a better deal than the $16.00 buffet. 16" pepperoni pizza for $20 was another good deal even if it was not a fancy "artisan" pizza. dinner-size caesar salad was merely "ok" but made for a cost-saving dinner when split with the leftover half of the pepperoni pizza from the night before. there is a lovely patio with tables and chairs behind the restaurant/lobby area shaded from the afternoon sun with a view of the Columbia River and a riverwalk trail. meals and drinks are served. front desk and wait staff: helpful, cheerful, efficient, and pleasant. they are happy to answer all questions. price: on par with "special" downtown Seattle hotel pricing, but with much nicer rooms. $175 a night based on special pricing for attending an event at the conference center. things to do: 1. there is a small but nice farmer's market on Saturdays across the street. 2. a pedestrian bridge over the train tracks will take you to the heart of downtown for shopping and dining. yes, i would stay here again. read more

The Hilton Garden is one of the newer hotels within Wenatchee and conveniently located next to the Pybus Market along the river. Pulling into the hotel paring lot, I had a feeling it would be nice. We checked into our room pretty quickly. Please note when we checked in they are still under certain restrictions so the bar and restaurant is closed. Walking into our suite, the first thing we noticed is how spacious it was. We needed the extra room to allow the kids to remote learn school while we were traveling. Being a new hotel, it was showed. Large spacious restroom, large bedroom and living area. The nice little kitchen area, but the typical sub-par hotel mini-fridge (dont know why, but hotel mini-fridges are always sub par...doesn't matter if you are at the Fairmont or the Hilton). Our room faced the river which was nice. Since the hotel does not offer room service or dining due to the COVID-19 they do have a small grab and go next to the reception area. It is a smaller version of 7-11. In talking with the reception guy he recommended it is better bang for buck to grab food from the conveniently located Pybus Market next door. We grabbed breakfast daily at the Red Cart coffee stand and lunches in the market while class was in session. My only gripe with the hotel is: 1) they have a space saving barn style door to the restroom. They should put in a pocket door or a swing door. Traveling with kids, if your kids are plying by the door, it will shear right off. Makes me a little nervous and the pulls for the door is hard to access if you are inside the bathroom coming out. 2) towel hooks. They have one towel hook in the restroom next to the shower. Makes sense for one there, but what about the sink? They should have a towel hook next to the sink one would think. 3) Parking at night is a pain. They are packed and lot of people who travel there parks like as*holes and don't understand what the lines mean. Other than the two items above, i found the stay at the hotel very pleasant and look forward to staying here again in my next trip to Wenatchee. read more

Really happy we found the Hilton Garden on Hotel Tonight. The hotel feels very new and clean. The location and perfect, right along the Wenatchee River and a ton of restaurants within walking distance. The only recommendation I would make it offering some firmer pillows. The ones that came with the bed didn't offer the best neck support. read more

I enjoyed a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden, not just because of the terrific new hotel and its amenities, but because of the friendly and helpful staff members. I was greeted quite warmly as I arrived, throughout my stay, and continued until I checked out. The room was clean, everything was in good ordered, and the comfortable bed allowed me to sleep through the night with out the hitch. The hotel sites along the River Front Park which provides a great view of the Columbia River year around. The hotel offers all the amenities and services that you would expect from a quality hotel. I have to say I was very pleased with Monica and Marianna. They were both helpful, specifically Marianna who provided great advise regarding the surrounding area and was quite a dear to chat with. The Pybus Public Market next door was wonderful too; great options for dining and shopping. The Red coffee trailer in the parking lot was good. Right on the river walk and at the bridge crossing the train tracks. The only bummer is that the fridge turns off after 2 hours. Diamond member (aka travel a ton) Used my points for a trip across the state to introduce my son to famil No welcome as a diamond member No menu in the room or scanner for room service (was told we could come to the lobby to look at the menu (kinda against the room service point but ok) Called and asked what the room cleaning service was (only upon request) so i requested new towels since we used all ours. I came into a bag of towels sitting on the edge of my bed. The rooms are spacious but the halls are odd to get downs to find your room. So we thought we were close to an elevator but alas not. The building is nice. New amenities, restaurant is full service and they have nice sundries. read more

The hotel is clean and perfect for a weekend stay for families. But the best thing I have to stay about this Hilton is that the customer service is OUTSTANDING!! I was misdirected online while trying to book our stay and didn't realize I had booked through a 3rd party website. When it came to the day of check in, I called to confirm that we had adjoining rooms so that our family of 6 would all be together. I was lucky to get Steve from the front desk on the phone, who notified me for the first time that I had booked through a 3rd party and the type of rooms I had booked were not rooms that could adjoin. Steve went out of his way to work with me ( and so did his Assistant Manager) to help us switch rooms and allow our family be be together to enjoy our weekend. I am so grateful and we will return to the hotel annually on President's Day for years to come, always knowing they put their customer's first!! read more

Great location, near the convention center and the market. The room was exactly as described. My room was a double bed in the 2nd floor with a view of the mountains and the parking lot. When I booked I didn't realize there was not bathtub, so keep that in mind when selecting a room if a nice hot bath is what you seek. Housekeeping is only offered if you request it. The room had a microwave and a small fridge with water (free). The bed was firm but comfortable, and the blackout curtains were very much appreciated! AC worked great. Just a little loud. read more

We stayed 2 nights and will definitely come again next time we're in town: Pros: - Good location (walking distance to downtown, on the river, right nextdoor to pybus market (see my review on the market, it's definitely worth visiting!) - Modern look and feel, new property - Clean and well maintained (there were some small housekeeping issues but overall pretty clean and I'm picky - Friendly and welcoming staff - Nice amenities and food options including a restaurant, bar, and well-stocked mini market. - Hand sanitizer everywhere! Including on the elevators ( Very much appreciated!) - Cozy lobby and outdoor fire pit - Rooms are nice, new and modern. I don't mind the sliding barn door bathrooms but apparently some people do. Comfy beds and pillows. Our room had a great view of the river. Cons: - Walls are thin and it was incredibly noisy - Pool is very small and not well heated - TV is small and no Netflix (comparing to a Marriott) read more

Finally! A Hilton property in north central Washington! I travel for work and have been waiting all year to have another alternative for business travel. This HGI is right next to the riverfront park and in walking distance to the Pybus public market. I stayed on the fourth floor and it was quiet, clean, and had plenty of plug ins. Since it's a modern HGI, the awkward bathroom door that's pretty common in HGI's has been replaced with a sliding barn door. That may prove awkward if there's more than one person in the room. The bathroom was well lit and ventilated. The business area, grille, swimming pool, and fitness center are all sleek, modern, and welcoming. The only issue I had with this hotel is that 80% of the parking spaces are for compact cars, so it's quite packed when the hotel fills up. The staff was friendly and helpful. read more

This is a nice hotel, but it seems to be run by children. Most are very friendly and quite earnest, but there's a strange vibe going on - like what happened to the highly trained adults one usually finds at a major hotel? The youngsters are struggling a bit, particularly the cantankerous gal running the bar. But the property, itself, is very nice and overall everyone here is very hospitable. read more

This is a well-located property. There is a footbridge nearby to get into downtown, there is a nice park and esplanade along the river, and there is the Pybus Market next door. So there is plenty to do. The front desk was efficient, The room was well appointed. There were a few housekeeping flaws including hair from another guest in the bathroom. The breakfast was reasonably good and there is a bar in the lobby that we did not have time to try. Maybe next time. read more

Nice location with a beautiful view of the river! Room was clean and towels were nice and fluffy. Only cleaning on request, which seems like it's getting to be normal for a lot of hotels. So you have to go to the lobby to get more coffee supplies for your room. Skip hotel breakfast and do yourself a favor and take a short walk across the street for breakfast and coffee at Little Red's (the airstream trailer next to Pybus Market) food and coffee so much better and more affordable. Location next to Pybus Market was a plus, restaurants, beer and wine, all was good! read more

After a long drive and long day, I checked into the Hilton in Wenatchee. The first room I was given had a close-up view of a turbine that looked like it would be noisy. Since the parking lot was not very full, I took a chance and asked if I could switch my room. The very helpful and kind woman at the front desk gave me a room with a river view, which was so beautiful. My trip to Wenatchee was a stressful visit to the memory care facility in town, so coming back to my room and watching the river flow was a sweet, relaxing experience. All of the staff I encountered were super nice and friendly. This is a gem of a hotel. read more

The staff were very accommodating and professional in light of all the COVID precautions, we as a large family appreciate the steps and procedures taken by all staff members during our visit. Gathering areas were rediced and/or not available to encourage social distancing, that was appreciated. The team was patient and courteous, check in was simple and quick and staff were very mindful to minimize everyones exposure when interacting with us. Rooms were very clean, fresh and it appeared housekeeping staff took measures to meet COVID precautions which eased our stay. In terms of the grounds, clean, adjacent to the waterfront/park, public market next door for food options, parking was adequate for maneuverability, very well lit but appropriately to not be intrusive at night, very nice place to stay, we would highly recommend this hotel if staying in town! read more

Stayed here for 1 night for business. Looked like a newer Hilton Garden Inn and was up to date on everything. They were up to date on COVID precautions and had things limited but could still use everything. They didn't have the made to order breakfast for diamond members but still had to go boxes with a bagel, yogurt and eggs with coffee and juice! This place didn't return the item they found to customer. Hilton notified me the item I left behind accidentally was found, but when I went to pick it up, it was no where to be found. I called and got the confirmation they had it before I drove out 120 miles to get it. This was something we needed for the trip to Chelan. It's not about the price of the item. Beautiful hotel in great location, right by the river. Perfect for running, biking, walking. We were 3 couples who were there to surprise our girlfriend for her birthday. The rooms were great, and I had a great view of the river. Unfortunately, in the evening, as we returned to the hotel bar, there was mayhem in the lobby and the bar/restaurant. Children were running around wild, jumping onto the furniture, unsupervised, chasing each other, yelling, and posing safety risk for themselves and others. Other children were yelling and screaming in the pool and jacuzzi, which made using any of them unimaginable - all largely unsupervised. Having a conversation among adults was largely impossible, due to these behaviors. No staff member intervened in any way - no expectations posted for using these communal spaces. I am extremely disappointed about my visit and about the amount of $$$ I spent. I would expect such conduct in other, less pricey hotels, but I certainly did not expect that at the Hilton. It was an extremely disappointing visit, due to the out-of-control nature of other guests and their unsupervised children which were left unaddressed by Hilton staff. And that is unexpected for the Hilton chain, where a certain standard of conduct in common spaces is expected. Needless to say, I will likely make a different choice of hotels next time I visit. read more

We stayed over the weekend on Jan-19-19, when it came to the rooms and amenities, was good... now breakfast was a disaster... way under staffed (1server and 1cook) and it appear to be a full house. We liked our stay here. Everything is new and clean. I found the overall vibe to be a bit sterile or lacking personality. Take the pool area for example, it felt like I was in a laboratory. Better that than the alternatives but just know its a bit on the minimalist side of the trend. The windows don't open in the rooms, just relied on the ventilation system to blow fresh air. Great experience in a new hotel! We had family staying here and were invited back for dinner. It was a last minute dinner with an unusually large party. The Hilton immediately booked us a conference room to accommodate our party and the service was personable, prompt, and thorough. We even had young children and they were very understanding. The food was served promptly and the staff was super responsive to our needs. Couldn't have asked for a more smooth experience and I would highly recommend this new hotel by the water. read more

I stayed in Hilton Garden Inn for couple nights last week. The room was cleaned and had enough space for my family. However, my first expression on this hotel was really bad. When we checked in at night, the lady in the front desk took forever to find our reservation. We had Hilton membership so we got free breakfast during our stay. The front desk lady did not explain where to get our breakfast and did not explain there is no room cleaning service during our stay due to COVID situation until the next day I requested for room cleaning. When we tried to get our free breakfast in the morning, the front desk (different person) cannot find our check in record while we were holding our room keys. We still got our free breakfast but the feeling was not good. Let's talk about the breakfast. I know it is free (with membership) so I should not complaint too much but when it is compared to the free breakfast I had from other hotels, the quality of the food is a little lower than I expected. The free breakfast box contains 2 boiled eggs, 1 small yogurt, 1 regular bagel, and 1 juice. It sounds like enough food in one box but the boiled eggs tasted unpleasant. (all my family had boiled eggs and they all agree they tasted bad.) The yogurt, bagel and juice are just fine. The next day, when I got my breakfast box, I was hopping at least they can be different from what I had the day before. Except the yogurt had different flavor, the rest of items were exactly the same, including the awful eggs. read more
