Then, I found Bicyclean on Yelp and gave them a call - "no problem" they said. A quick bus ride to Helsinki and 10 min walk from city center to Katajanokka later I arrived to find a brand new bike in my size set up with the pedals I had requested. The owners were super accommodative and we're able to supply everything I needed (pedals, tube, pump, tire levers, water bottle, etc) for a nice ride along the coast and into the country. A helmet was included with the rental, though I had brought my own. Bicyclean is conveniently located next to the ferry terminals. They have all types of bikes at very reasonable prices. I've never written any reviews but now I really have to. Bike Planet has helped me and my bike so…read moremany times with the most amazing customer service I've ever got. Honestly. Even though I've been traveled a lot and got friendly and good customer service before it is nothing to compared to Bike Planet's service. Whether it was my wheels that were out of air or my loose tires, they fixed it. It always took less than five minutes (I always made to my lecture on time thanks for them!) and without any charge with the huge smile on their faces. They made my day every time I went there. Last time I was so happy that I could pay for them since they changed some parts of my bike - but no, they didn't let me. That was the only disappointment. Go there and be happy. There is still so much good left in this world!
