The owner and her friends were staring at us while my friend was in the fitting room trying items on (I looked back in her direction three times and every single time made eye contact with one of them staring at me), and when my friend left the fitting room, she accidentally turned the light off. Without hesitation, the owner snapped at her to leave the light on for the next customer. The whole time she didn't offer to help us at all, and when we tried to place the items we didn't want back on the rack, she immediately grabbed them from us. We said thank you to her for helping, and she didn't respond. Checking out was a similar experience. Even though we bought an item, will never come back. Microaggressions are real and leave a horrible impression on customers. It's not hard to do the bare minimum to be polite, and they missed the mark by a long shot.

Solid selection of denim & leather jackets, a little pricey compared to Goodwill/Savers but makes sense because they are more of a "vintage" clothing store. To the left of the stairs is where they have denim jeans & where you go to check out once you're finish with browsing. All sales are final like most thrift/vintage second hand shops. I found this denim jack with a brown leather collar today for $60. Thick & good quality. Lots of Wilsons leather jackets here. They also have a room with bins of clothes, for a low price, you can look through. I didn't have much luck with the bins, but seems like a lot of people did! Highly recommend.

I just snagged two shirts today for $10 for the two. One was a Eileen Fisher. I picked up another lovely 100 percent linen shirt with a designer label for $5 bucks a couple of weeks ago - retails for around $200. I don't wear conservative - these were nice basic shirts and in style. The ladies have always been nice to me. And if you think a small charity shop, such as this, takes credit cards, which charge swipe fees for each transaction which for little business like this one would be prohibitive, guess again. So warp back into reality and bring cash. The place is small but if you hit it right, you can get some good stuff and it is for a good cause.
