I've been here twice now... the first time, I got a full set of acrylics that were perfect. The second time, I just got a gel manicure. The only thing is that I wish they would remove all of my cuticles, because the gel manicure already looks grown out due to my cuticles still being on. :( read more

Wonderful experience. I loved how easy it was to book my appt online. I could see all the technicians availability there. I got a gel pedi and my 4 year old daughter got her toes painted with gel as well. Cammy was really patient and kind during the whole time. They were short staffed and she was doing a lot of juggling between our toes, answering phone and helping a customer who wanted a gift card, but she was still pleasant and gave me quality service. WORST SERVICE I've EVER experienced!! I went to them getting chrome overtop my nude powder nails. After one day my nails already started to chip and in the first picture that was only after 5 days. I went back to have the chrome taken off and to just have my pink on my nails. She told me my only options were having the chrome put back on (which I didn't want to do since it chipped) or pay full price for a fill. Since it was their wrong doing for having faulty nail polish and not even putting the top coat and chrome fully around the edges of my nails that they would happily fix my nails. Nope! Instead vivian (the owner!) chose to argue with me for 30 minutes, snicker/laugh to another employee about me mid conversation and refused to do my nails because she didn't want to spend the extra time fixing her mistake if she didn't get money from it. Terrible business ethic and very disrespectful. Btw I would've came in sooner to fix my nails but I'm a single mom who watches her kids during the day and works nights/weekends so I didn't have time. read more

Our favorite nail salon in the area. They allowed us to host a little "bridal nails" party at the salon. They were so kind and attentive to all of us. I asked for a certain style of nails she said she could do them come in 5 minutes I came right away to the store sat there for 20 mins waiting for her she told me to take a seat then told me I don't have time to do your nails, this is not a good start for a brand new salon very disappointing. Long-short story I called this salon before arriving there around 5 minutes before, I asked them to do a specific style for my nails and they said no problem. After I arrived she said "I don't have time" mind you at this point I'm shocked because she told me to come before arriving there as I mentioned before. I asked for the owners phone number When I asked the front desk lady for the owners phone number she came said "stop harassing her" when that's clearly not true, because I asked for the owners phone number in a calm manner, because inevitably it's still unacceptable. She proceeded to tell me "I'm gonna call the police" so I said go ahead and I sat down and waited. Before the police arrived she could be seen asking the other employees to look harassed and to basically take her side, which didn't matter to me in the slightest. She even told her 10- year old to look harassed in front of the police to make me look guilty. However before that SAME girl was happy and was playing around, and which is a direct example of how she operates. After the police officer asked me what's wrong and I told her the story, and she understood and was really smart and fair because she treated me like I was supposed to be treated because I didn't do anything wrong. My hat to the officer she ignored her bs acting;the police could see right through it because the police officers can see the truth, especially with this horrible acting.So yeah Everyone be careful if there was a option for less then a star I'd choose that! read more

Loved this place. Got a beautiful gel pedicure and such a great atmosphere. The ladies working there are amazing. The decor was beautiful and the champagne made it even more amazing! I am knocking off one star because I did the gel pedicure (which I was told would last 3-4 weeks and it is much better to do than a regular one for how long it lasts) because I was going to a wedding so I did not want my toes to be chipped or anything and the day before the wedding ONE nail polish came completely off not even a week after getting them done. Now I'm walking around with a beautiful pedicure on 9 toes and had to wear closed shoes to the wedding. read more
