A tech came to my home several times, but was not able to fix the problem. The tech promised to research the problem, and come back. Tech never returned, and won't answer my calls. Big Dave ignores my phone calls, hoping that I will simply go away.

Rented a dozer for a week and received the quote for weekly rental. It was during the holiday week…read more I mentioned I might need it longer and they said they would pick it up the following Monday and they would bill me for the additional hours over 40 prorated. This was the first time any hour usage was mentioned. The hydraulic hose came apart at the coupler and it was unusable. I had to track the machine about 2 miles to the pick up point. Received a bill for an additional $270 which was billed at the highest rate and 1/2 day minimum, not on the prorated weekly rate. Plus the machine broke at 3 extra hours. Communication on the contract was non existent, a document was signed when it was dropped off and details were not listed. Called and seemed like there was only one side and it was theirs. Renting from them is not an option for me, I don't like surprises and won't trust again.
