I politley requested a copy of a document that had my signature. Instead of ANY reply, or saying "let me check on that for you". An unprofessional & misogynistic "if you want me to just IGNORE her, I will " was sent to the other signatory on the document. *UNCALLED for and UNPROFESSIONAL. Avoid Atty Lewis of this firm. Not professional in the least. Followed up with a 2nd " I'll not reply to her vitriol " email. There was no vitriol, I asked very politely twice, and never even had the courtesy of a reply THEN I told him I saw his email, and his professionalism sucked. Perfectly truthful. I'm new to this city, I honestly saw a man dressed up looking important. As I respectfully approached him, I asked if he was a lawyer he just kept walking looks slightly back while responding very unprofessional, "yes" he answered as he kept walking as I continued to ask. I thought at first maybe he didn't hear me! I was wearing a mask due to precautions with COVID. But he wasn't, he is obviously Known because he wouldn't give me his name I had to ask the deputy's where they check you in and some other people that looked like they worked in the courthouse. Mind you I was very well dressed and mannered I was just in court but seeking a lawyer. This man did not show any respect or was he interested. It's actually sad to have people judge you just by what you look like. I'm honestly A CDL class A truck driver christian who was seeking to hire him if he was one. He never tried to form any type of conversation only reason he asked is because I felt like I was put down so I repeated myself a few times before he even tried to acknowledge my presence. I have no criminal history but yes I might like intimating I get that a lot. I suffer with that a lot but once someone gives me the chance it's never what they expected. Everyone should be given a chance no matter color,gender,race, religion beliefs,or sexuality. I felt very much judged as I have been here in Elizabeth city. I worked for FedEx for very long time so this was heartbreaking for I get this a lot but would not expect it from a lawyer. #BLM read more

Frank probably did not slow down or stop to speak with you about your silly situation or your silly political comments in which you left in your comment. Frank was likely focused on a FAMILY LAW MATTER which is what he specializes in. This is exactly why you want Frank. He is straightforward and focused, he doesn't tell you necessarily what you want to hear but what you actually need to hear. Frank will fight and protect your parental rights when necessary with facts, a plethora of knowledge in family law, an easily recognizable rapport with other court personnel and years of experience. Frank is also a military veteran so he understands active and veteran military members. I applaud the Hiner law firm for advocating for what is best for children in custody situations, which in my case was a very fair and structured 50/50 agreement.
