The sign on the gate gives wrong Management company information with an outdated Management company. It should be re-posted to contact William Douglas. BUT, they are horrible. I have provided my closing document as well as my home deed showing I own the house outright with no mortgage. I have spoken to Jackie, Tara and Joul at William Douglas. They say they are waiting on the Board to approve me getting pool access. The number for Heritage Farm HOA online is not a active number. I have cannot find a contact number for the HOA. Please anyone with any ability to assist, it would be greatly appreciated. At this point the HOA owes me money since i have not been able to access the facilities for a month so far. HOA- FAIL. It looks absolutely awful. This has been brought to their attention and said it will be addressed and still refuse to mow. It's been 10 months. You have to contact them multiple times in order to get any reply and the lady (Michelle maybe) is extremely rude and condescending. Try any other company to manage your association.
