First of all when I called to inquire about price and such I was directed by staff to please stop in to see Derek so he could see the car and give the best advise possible about level of tint, exact pricing etc. When I arrived at the shop I found Derek on his hands and knees detailing a car, this guy cares so much about how well the job gets done, he actually gets his hands dirty and chips in himself. He told me he'd be doing my job himself and I immediately felt completely at ease. I was over the moon pleased with the job he did on the tint and it is clear to me that this guy cares about what people think of the job he does. One last note, I dropped off my car at 7:15am and Derek was already there, ready to tackle the day and I picked up my car well after 6pm and not only was Derek still there but so was his staff! I ended up there when my long-time mechanic was too busy to do that for me (in the timeframe I needed, work travel upcoming) and he said "Call Coast on Baig, I'd take my car to Bill and not think twice, they're good over there". That was all I needed to hear from another mechanic I knew and trusted over the years. Fast forward 4 years and they just did a complete front/back brake replacement and a complete clutch replacement for me on a 2011 Forester and they treated me very well. They have a couple great mechanics on staff and their knowledge will save labour cost. They are more than fair on parts and definitely shaved a bit for me when they found hidden problems...that they had warned me they wouldn't know "till it was apart". Cannot speak highly enough of the front end staff and how easy they were to deal with, up front about costs, process, timeline, etc. Bill and Ed and the gang are great over their. One thing though, if you bring your car there to get the tires switched (from winter to summer tires, or the other way around), be very sure to tell them you don't want any extras. Last time I got my tires changed there, there were about 100$ of charges just related to change the tires. Needless to say, I was a little ticked off.

They have a huge inventory of both new and used vehicle so it was nice to describe to the dot what I wanted to the salesmen and he found one on the lot matching. Only experienced service once but it was good. Truck was there for half a day so they offered me transportation to where I needed. Parts department was quite busy the few times I went there but they always managed to get me what I needed in a timely manner. Will certainly consider them when it's time to switch vehicle again.
