Do not rent a car from Sixt at Palma Airport. The queue was horrendous when we arrived. They did…read morenot have enough people to deal with the number of bookings they had and we wasted an eternity waiting for them to get through everyone. They have clearly been investing in pricing/deals but can't handle the demand. Other providers had far, far smaller queues.
On top of that, the process on returning the car is broken. There was noone to check-in the car and weeks later we were sent a payment request for damage that we had categorically not done. It was a nightmare liaising with them afterwards to explain and attempt to rectify this. While speaking to them to resolve over several weeks we were being threatened with debt collection companies.
Awful, awful.
