It was pretty busy when we visited but glad we made a reservation and had a great booth right by the heat lamps. Both the drinks and food were really enjoyable. We ordered the shrimp ceviche, queso fundido flatbread, chicken wings, and fries, and everything turned out great. You can tell there's effort put into making each dish and drink. Love checking out rooftop bars and would love to come back to enjoy the view during the daytime for some sun/sunset!

Attended a private event. Beautiful view.

Attended a private brunch event. Beautiful modern venue with views of the mountains. There are bar seating, loungers, high top, and normal table seatings. There's a covered area and open air space with umbrellas. Perfect spot for brunch and lounging. Just opened in January 2026! Awesome addition to the SGV rooftop dining scene. Free parking in the lot.

I am so in love with this place. This is a new spot in Arcadia and the service was excellent. My server Sara was the sweetest person she gave me the best advice on my pairing with my champagne, and the Experience was just delightful Thank You. I will be coming back.

Absolutely beautiful and such a lovely view!!! Beautiful cocktails, and the food was really delicious and came out quickly. A little bummed the shishito peppers weren't available but the great service made up for it. Would love to see some DJs up on the rooftop with some sexy vibes some day. Will definitely come back for the food!! Especially for summer!

First time at Hípico and it was a great experience! I've been eying this place for a while (on my drive home). The view of Santa Anita race track and the sunset were a plus! Had two storm chasers--delicious. Hubby had beer. We also had the brisket flat bread and burger. All so good! Cherry on top was Juan's service! 5 star for sure! Will definitely come back soon!

A friend and I were just looking to grab a quick drink and somehow stumbled upon this hidden gem and wow, what a find! From the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. The drinks and appetizers were absolutely phenomenal, so flavorful and beautifully presented. They had a DJ playing, which really kept the vibe fun and lively without being overwhelming. It felt like the perfect balance of chill and upbeat. Taylor was our server and truly made the experience even better super attentive, friendly, and really knowledgeable about the menu. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, David, who came by to introduce himself. He was so kind and personable, and we really appreciated that extra touch. And I can't forget the views absolutely spectacular. If you're thinking about going, definitely time it for sunset and grab a drink. You won't regret it. Already looking forward to our next visit!

It's great to see more rooftop bars popping up in the SGV since there are so few around. This is a really nice spot to catch up with people over drinks. The cocktails and the space itself are visually stunning, and they have plenty of outdoor heaters if it gets cold, which is a big plus. I also like that it's located at a Hilton, so parking in the structure is easy and stress-free. The cocktails are a bit on the pricier side, but they make their own infused liqueurs, which makes it feel worth it. I could definitely see this becoming a go-to hangout spot for locals. I'd absolutely come back here every once in a while when I'm in the area and craving a well-made cocktail.

Finally a rooftop bar in Arcadia! Hipico is stunning. It's modern and well kept. We got the corn ribs (delicious) and Asian style fries (not on the menu, but the star of the night). The Purple Haze was great. The downside: We made reservations through open table and were told it was fully sold out for the night. The host was great and figured out how to get us a seat since we had reservations confirmed anyways. Make sure you call instead of booking online! It was a busy night and our drinks arrived when we were about 70% done with our food. I was about to cancel our drink orders when our wonderful server came along with the drinks. All of the staff were amazing. I'll definitely be coming back.

So I'm not going to say the food was delicious but it was good. The service was great very attentive. Now the ambiance was very nice, I would love to come to see this place in the evening. It has a beautiful view of Santa Anita palm trees and nicely set for a clean patio.

I made reservations for a Sunday at 12:30 PM. We got an excellent spot that was in the shade. I'm so glad we did because it was very hot and nobody wanted to sit out in the sun as their umbrellas were not creating the shade since the sun was shifting. I ordered an initial drink, but when the drink came out, it was literally half full. I asked the waiter what happened and I showed him what the difference looks like and he said this is just how the drink comes out. Mind you it also had a bunch of ice in it so I couldn't even tell you how minimal that drink was. It looked like it was a shot of something with a bunch of ice. My friend got the Crimson blush and that was filled to the rim, but for some reason, my drink looked like it was half drinking already when they brought it out. I told them please take it back and give me a cRimson blush. That drink came out to the rim and that I enjoyed. We both ordered the burger with fries. Their server told us that they only make it medium or medium well and we will get one or the other. I thought that was interesting when I specifically ordered medium well, but I had already sent a drink back so I wasn't going to say anything about it. There were a couple of functions going on and it just seemed like the weight staff was overwhelmed. Our service was just OK, but it was way too loud and there were way too many screaming kids that were running around. I felt like this has the potential to be something great but with so many kids screaming and running around unsupervised, it was pretty annoying. When I tell you, I had to raise my voice to even speak to my friend that I was with that was sitting right next to me, that shows you how loud it was. The table next to us sat down and was there for about 10 minutes and they ended up leaving and we asked why and they said because it was really loud and chaotic. We felt the exact same way as well. This place is probably nicer in the evening as long as there's not a bunch of screaming kids. I feel like this is a nice area for like people to come and try to relax, but that is not what we got when we were here. The food was actually pretty decent. I enjoyed my burger and fries. Zero complaints about that. The atmosphere is just not what I had in mind.

Third times a charm. Great views and slight change to menu but still a good vibe and wonderful service. This is definitely a cool place to hang out and you can see that as time progresses they are committed to upping the game.

Visited this rooftop lounge after opening day at Santa Anita and we got there right before sunset. They provide blankets if you get cold which was a nice touch. We ordered the seasonal espresso martinis and they were so good. Staff and management were very nice and helpful. It got pretty busy but our server Ariana was great. I like the fact that management was very hands on helping, because of the busy crowd. The food was all great, we tried the tacos governador, the burger and the flat bread. Everything was tasty. The only thing I wished for was a different salad option, like a simple wedge salad would be great as another option to the asian salad. The heat lamps were great as it does get cold up there. Definitely will be back!

The bartender is a 70 year old man who walks like he can't possibly make any drinks but he certainly can and boy are they strong. So beware. The live band is amazing. It is small place but most of the men there are gentlemen and will offer you their seat. It was a great time. So if you go just be prepared, this is not your usual fancy lounge or bar.

One round was picked up by regular patron but talk about reasonable prices. Our whole tab was only $28. I couldn't believe it. They don't serve food, but you're welcome to bring in whatever you'd like. Claro's Italian Market is across the street, and we heard that many regulars pick up something there and bring it over. Thanks Apple, Paul, Ozzy, and Christy for making our visit a memorable one. If you haven't been here before, definitely worth stopping in.

It proved more difficult when dealing with the owner Scott. I'll start by saying the end result was us rescheduling at the same rate that we booked & our event went well, however it wasn't without hiccups. When rescheduling, we were specifically instructed by Scott to cancel our booking in Peerspace & rebook the new date. That's when issues started. Before cancelling I mentioned how Peerspace won't refund our full amount & Scott replied that whatever isn't refunded will be credited toward the new date. That didn't happen without us constantly reaching out via text, email, & Peerspace. When you request a date on Peerspace it's pending review/approval from Blush, however it charges you immediately. Since we opted for the payment plan that required about half down & remainder later, we were waiting on our refund to book the new date. It never came. When we were finally able to have a phone call with Scott, I couldn't get one word in the entire time he was mansplaining the world of business. He was very patronizing & I swallowed my pride because we just wanted a resolve & to not lose the deposit. I asked very clearly whether he was going to uphold our agreement. He did, but under the condition that we pay the remainder of our balance upfront in good faith to them. We did & that was that. Thereafter, it was back & forth whether Chris would still be working our event which Scott said he was. Chris was the saving grace of Blush in our opinion. Customer service & how you treat people is king, so it put our hearts at ease. But not for long, since it was changed later to Jin. Getting Jin to respond was difficult. We requested a final walk through with our coordinator about a month before our event. Jin told us he wasn't feeling well & wasn't present for most of the walk through. So we asked questions via email instead. I specifically mentioned a clean facility is important to us. The place just wasn't as polished as we first saw it. He was responsive only after I'd send text follow ups. The week of, not at all. I was waiting on confirmation about our drink selection which I never got & we just hoped it would all work out the day of. Day of our coordinator arrived first. The bathrooms were clean but the bar, cocktail tables, mirror hallway, & front door were full of fingerprints and sticky as if not cleaned from a previous event. We were told there would be 2 staff & that they'd be able to help us move cocktail tables. We weren't aware one of those people would be Jin & he wasn't helpful at all. He completely ignored our coordinator & aunt, but jumped to help our DJ with the sound system. We can only conclude it's because our DJ is a man & as a same sex female couple that leaves such a bad taste in our mouths. Our coordinator & aunt ended up cleaning everything with the one rag & spray bottle he gave after we repeated asked. Coordinator, wife, son, & I moved the heavy tables/ottomans. The drinks didn't taste like our selections. But the worst part was that he started charging our guests upon arrival. My wife & I stepped away to change our clothes. We were there 1.5hrs before start time & Jin never approached us or our coordinator for our card. He also had our itinerary ahead of time and met our coordinator. FYI on top of booking fees, you're also required to use their bar service for ALL drinks alcohol/nonalcohol which is included info on Peerspace. We agreed we'd cover the required minimum of $2500 & once we reached that amount it would turn into a cash bar. Our guests approached us confused about the bar so my wife personally went to Jin & asked why people were being charged, to which he responded "I couldn't find you guys." They immediately include their tip, which we weren't aware of, so drinks totaled to about $2100 w/ the remainder being tax/tip. They continuously ran out of cups & had zero cups for the water dispensers. We were refilling used water bottles to give to the kids. My aunt & cousin were busing tables. Bartenders didn't care to stay quiet or hold drink orders during vows. Every video we have of our vows is them shaking drinks & slamming glassware. There were good things too, kinda. It wasn't communicated to us that the front bathroom was for staff only & we had a outfit change planned, so after first saying no, Jin ended up letting my wife & I use the front bathroom. Also him assisting our DJ resulted in the music going well. It's sadly overshadowed by all the other things that needed improvement. It comes down to a lack of customer service & professional decorum, because the venue itself is beautiful. We gave a final 3 STARS because everything came together. Those missing components are just so vital. A work day for them is literally someone else's most important day that they're choosing and paying to celebrate at Blush.

This last visit was frustrating enough that we won't be rushing back. We came in just before 6:00 PM with a babysitter and a limited window. The restaurant wasn't busy, maybe five tables, but service was completely off. Our entrée took about 45 minutes. It was comped, but no one acknowledged the delay. No apology, no explanation, nothing. We also got the wrong side (fries instead of onion rings), and while it was corrected quickly, it added to the overall feeling that no one was really paying attention. The bigger issue was how absent the service felt. Our server never came back for a second round of drinks, and I had to go to the bar myself. When I mentioned it, the response was basically that the server was busy with another table, which felt dismissive given how long we had already been waiting. No one was busy. By the time food arrived, it was around 6:45 PM. The problem wasn't just the wait, it was the lack of communication or basic hospitality the entire time. I actually emailed the restaurant directly after our visit and never heard back, which is disappointing and honestly says a lot. At this point, it's hard not to feel like they just don't really care about the customer experience or about keeping people coming back. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but right now it doesn't feel like it's being taken seriously.
