They vacuumed and cleaned up as they worked and when they had finished. They were so meticulous removing the old facing and firebox that no touch up paint was even needed for the mantel or surround! A day and a half, and BAM, they were finished and I had a beautiful fireplace! Everything about my install was positive even to the price! Tech could not get it to work and took the technical information to get back to me on possible repairs. Didn't hear anything back and called on 2/10/25 for a status. Person who answered indicated they would call back and I haven't heard anything three weeks later. In the mean time I purchased a replacement remote control system and installed it myself and the fireplace works fine now. Not impressed with the technical troubleshooting skills or the customer service.

We hired this company in late winter/early spring to tell us whether the gas log fireplace in a…read morehome we purchased could be converted to a wood-burning fireplace, and if so, to make the conversion. Also, to either repair or replace the back wall of the fireplace as the imitation masonry wall had split. They told us it could be converted and ordered a replacement back wall of sheet metal. They made the conversion. When preparing for the next winter, we checked our propane tank and it was completely empty. We had had it filled in the spring and had not used it at all. We contacted the propane company to check our gas lines and they found that the gas line that terminated behind the fireplace for the gas logs had been cut (actually bent until it broke) when the fireplace was being converted. It had not been capped! A gas line connection had also been bent which caused another leak. Had the leaking gas caught on fire due to us making a fire in the fireplace it could have burnt our house down! Not to mention the hundreds of dollars in lost propane, the metal piece has no feet or anything else to keep it from falling over. We have to shove the firewood grate up against it to keep it from falling over. To beat all that, when I tried to send a certified letter, return receipt to the registered agent for their company, it was returned as the company had moved. I wouldn't trust this company to do ANY work of ANY kind - ever!

Our backyard is on a slope and had a terrible drainage issue - what little grass that would grow looked as if it had been part of a mud flow after a rain. Mark with HIS Landscapes returned my call quickly, listened to what I needed, and met with me on location. We ended up working from a drawing I sketched in an old notebook with color pencils. The best thing about HIS Landscapes is that he listens to what you need and never makes suggestion that are inefficient are over budget. His crew was polite and incredibly hardworking. Mark and his amazing crew created the fire pit and extended patio of my dreams! My husband and I were so impressed with the quality of the work and professionalism. The crew made sure every stone was level before placing the next one. Mark communicated daily to make sure I was pleased with the progress. This company does it all. They built everything, installed the lights, relocated the sprinkler system and layed down the sod. We plan to apply a sealer in a month which will deepen the stone colors. Had them build a 25 ft. X 40 ft. pad with driveway. Concrete pad started cracking within a week of…read morebeing poured. Cracked completely across the 25 ft width. They invoiced for 4000 psi concrete but delivered 3500 psi concrete. Owner low bid to get the job, then complained the whole time, when I held him to his verbal agreements. Did not pack the dirt or use gravel filler for the drive way before pouring the drive. Did not stir the concrete when it was poured. only used 2 runs of rebar in the footers. Was supposed to pour 18" Wide X 14" deep footer, only poured 14" wide footer. Would not recommend, pay for a real professional company, will cost a little more but you will have a better job and less headaches down the road. I doubt that if I have any more issued that they will honor their 1 year warranty. I can send more photos to any one that is interested.

My husband and I were interested in purchasing some trees to create a little more privacy along the…read moreback of the property and in general add some greenery to the backyard. We had recently already received one quote from a guy who was very unprofessional. I didn't give up! I found 4G landscapes on yelp and immediately called! I set up an appointment for Clint to come out and give us an estimate. He was on time, very professional, and had an outgoing personality. We received a very reasonable estimate for thuja trees 8 to 10 ft tall and some concrete work that needed to be done near the front entrance area. Previous concrete work done by others left the concrete cracking. We had one hiccup during the experience. On the day the concrete was poured, Clint accidently forgot to block off the area before he left. Honest mistake. Some areas were still a little wet so when the delivery man left me my package he also left his lovely footprints in our concrete. We sent a picture to Clint immediately and he immediately got back to us saying he would fix it, not to worry. His response time is awesome. The next day when we got home, I was amazed, truly amazed. I almost cried, I loved it so much. The stamp pattern was beautiful, no footprints, and the aging/distressing finishing touches were amazing! No more cracks and he created a nice slope (initial goal with previous concrete people) so the water wouldn't pool in the middle creating mold. This was tested a few days later when it was raining pretty hard. My husband and I enjoyed watching the water roll down/off. It was a success! The trees look awesome and he anchored them which really came in handy will all the recent storms. Overall, great experience! Will call again when we need more work done! We were unfortunately out of town when he "finished the job". The dirt was back in place and evened out for the concrete to be poured so we could not check the capping situation. We now have water leaking out of the sprinkler through the concrete and can no longer use our backyard sprinklers. Do NOT USE this company.
