I was running an hour late and couldn't get to venue in time because of traffic and I had to pay $50 for that. Then at the end of the venue I had little to no help cleaning up because people were drunk and I'm 6 months pregnant with my bf and friend trying to clean and was told they had to take an extra $50 out of my deposit because we went past the time by an half an hour. It's conveniently located on horace harding expwy with a big parking lot in the back. The venue was spacious enough for my 85 + guests and a big photo booth. They were so very helpful during the wedding set up and clean up as well. They provided tables and chairs for my wedding and the venue is beautiful with the big chandelier in the middle. My main complaint was the ceiling was leaking water because they said it's condensation from the ac. However, the amount of water leaking on the floor was concerning enough that my vendors had to mop the floor every 20 mins. Lastly, they tried to make a comment about tape on the floor from decorations but we apologized and was able to get our deposit back. Thank you to Spotlight Ballroom for an amazing event space for our wedding to be memorable and we were able to have our wedding within budget in this crazy economy.
