It's a relatively small store, but every time I've been in, the store has been a mess... Especially in the misses department, it seems like nothing is organized. It gets very frustrating, but I do understand that they might not have the hours to get the floor recovered 100% all the time. My main issue with this store is the staff. It's rare to see an associate on the sales floor at all in this store, and they usually seem to have a lack of cashiers available. More importantly, almost any employee I've interacted with, usually at the register or at customer service, has been unfriendly and unhelpful. It's pretty off putting and a huge reason why I dislike going into this particular Kohl's. The only reasons I've given this store two stars instead of one is because they recently remodeled their cosmetics and fragrance area and it is beautiful.
