Best swimming times are weekday mornings, Friday nights. Best indoor track running times are NOT weekdays between 6:30-8 PM. Also avoid running during meal hours because there might be some food scents coming from the dining area within the complex, adjacent from the track. Great selection of weights, well-educated trainers, extremely hygenic facilities. Slightly beaten up cardio equipment but sometimes its good to have a reminder around of what people can do to machines. Once you get your membership, you can use your card in other SI facilities including Izmir, Oran Ankara and two in Istanbul.
