The design team did a great job of capturing exactly what we wanted; they took our necessary information and creative guidelines and combined them to create the perfect signs - they really are sign experts! The staff are always friendly and accomodating, the service is speedy and reliable, and the prices are very fair. I've been to The Ultimate Printing Company about 10 times in the past few months and I have never had a bad experience. In fact, part of the reason why I always go back to The Ultimate Printing Company is because the staff are so great. Furthermore I cannot stress enough how quick and accurate the service. Another fantastic feature is that they print on "bamboo" paper - an eco-friendly alternative to regular printing paper . You will not find a better print shop in the GTA.

By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had doing business with a small local shop…read more First of all, the moment I walked into the store the owner was extremely rude and ignorant towards my questions. His attitude towards a customer was very rude and disrespectful. I wanted to print a picture of a size 16"x20", so a regular print machine at my office wouldn't do the job. The moment I walked into the Ultimate Printing store I inquired from the store owner (I believe his name is Zahir) about the service and how I could transfer the digital file to him. He said he would only accept the files on USB as his store doesn't provide wifi to his customers. After browsing around and trying to find free wifi in the building, I managed to send the digital files to him electronically. Then I inquired about the pricing. Remember, the file was a single, 16"x20" black and white print on a regular paper. The representative, which to the best of my knowledge was Zahir himself, quoted me $38 + tax. I was shocked!!! $38 bucks for a regular print job. Nonetheless, when I asked what the reason was for such a high price, Zahir laughed at me and almost made fun of me for inquiring about the price. His attitude is very rude far from the standards we normally expect from a business in 21st century in North America. Anyhow... I accepted the hefty price point he quoted me for and did bother arguing with him any further. Next, I was told the job would take an hour, although the store was completely empty. So I decided to leave and come back later to get the job done as I was in the rush. I politely told the owner that I would come back later as I was in rush. Then he started arguing with me that I should pay for his time -- 5 mins at most in answering some questions that I had regarding a service that I was about to purchase from his business. He said that I should pay him because while he was answering my questions, he has used his computer to download the digital file, hence he has used some electricity for this task and I am liable to pay for the costs involved. I didn't know what to say to him anymore. So I decided to just leave the store, But that didn't stop there. He started threatening me that if I don't pay him he is going to REPORT me. Not sure who he was going to report me to and for what reason. I felt the owner was trying desperately to get this one sales done no matter the cost, harassment or verbal disrespects involved. UPDATE: There is a STAPLES, across the street on University Ave, which is a 5 min walk. They did the exact same job for me for $4! CONCLUSION: Do not waste your time going to The Ultimate Printing store. The store owner is rude and disrespectful towards his customers. He is not shy of using any tactics or disrespect to get a sales done. Remember STAPLES across the street got the same job done for $4 as opposed to $38. If you want to waste your money, then go to The Ultimate Printing store.

Vaughn absolutely amazed me with the outstanding service he was able to provide. It was the day of…read moreour move, and everything that could have gone wrong did, including being informed that the storage unit we had initially picked would not be open 24hrs even though they had confirmed with us during booking. Frantically, we called around to different companies until we came across Weston Self Storage. Vaughn was EXTREMELY helpful on the telephone, and even offered to stay late so that we had time to sign the paperwork and show us around the building! Due to complications, we were unable to move into the unit that night as planned, and we received a phone call from Vaughn in the morning to make sure that everything was still alright, and that we hadn't run into difficulties during the night. We were there later that day, and Vaughn had already set up the elevators and rounded up a few carts for us to use. This is an amazing facility, where the staff genuinely care about the consumer. I would recommend Weston Self Storage in a heartbeat!

I stored my stuff here for several months after having used the Downtown East XYZ Storage facility…read more Pros: generally clean and secure facility; dependable about monetary stuff; has an old-school freight elevator that makes you feel like you're in a movie Cons: definitely not as clean and shiny as the (newer) downtown XYZ Storage location; front desk staff can be variable (some are super friendly, others less so); no recycling on-site NB: the dimensions of the lockers are variable and only refer to the total volume (e.g. 3' x 4' x 4' locker could actually be 6' x 4' x 2'), so if you want to store something that's close to the maximum dimensions of the locker, check the space first! Overall, I would recommend this facility.

Great service and clean facility!…read more It was my first time visiting the storage unit we have on site here and was very pleased with the customer service and facility. The reception at the front was very nice and helpful with where I needed to be. Super friendly service and made me feel so welcomed (as a first timer). The store front is quite large and very clean. Coffee station on the side if you'd like a sip and water available as well which is always a nice touch! The storage unit is your typical storage. Imagine rows and rows of locked units. The only down side is that there is no light in the unit so can have a hard time seeing when you're in there. But the hallway lights are bright enough for you see get some visual of what's inside. Washrooms are also available. I really liked the load docks where I was able to park my car to load things in and out of storage. Large trolleys are also available for use within the facility making it easier for you to move all your belongings. Overall a great experience!
