Nevermind, the weather is not under his control. What was under his control was the $600.00 he charged me per bush @ $150.00 I found out I could have bought all for $80. Stupid, trusting me. At the same time, even though I had a contract with another lawn provider, I thought since he planted the sod he said he would provide the same service, weed control, fertilizer, etc. just like them yearly for the same price.
