I hired them to trim two ornamental trees in my backyard because they had done other work in our neighborhood. Their quote was higher than others I received, but I accepted it for convenience. The work was scheduled for Thursday. That day, they called and said they were backed up and probably would not get to my trees until Friday or the following week. My wife and I left to run errands, but later that afternoon I received a text saying, "We are almost done with your trees." I was frustrated because I had not been home to verify the work or arrange payment. When I texted my availability, Tony did not coordinate with me. He simply said he would come the next morning to collect the check. I was home most of the morning, but he showed up during the one hour I was at the gym. Instead of contacting me directly, he complained to the HOA President, which was inappropriate for a private transaction. When he eventually returned, he texted, "I'm here," stayed in his truck, and waited for me to come to him. The exchange was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The tree work may have been completed, but the poor communication and customer service were unacceptable. I will not use this company again.

When contacted the team, I received a response in less than 24 hours and sometimes I received the response in person. They even fixed a problem with the roof that had never been resolved by a roofing company to ensure I didn't continue to have issues with water run off ruining my soffits. Every day they left the job site cleaner than it was when they started the job. My family and I always felt comfortable with everyone that was on site and they ensured there was as little disruption to our daily lives as possible. When there were delays in getting the windows, that I ordered separately, they were understanding and prompt in getting back out to my house to get the last piece of the job completed. This was not a minor trim...five branches were removed from a tree that does not belong to their client. At no point did anyone knock on my door, attempt to verify property lines, or get consent before cutting. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for property rights. To make matters worse, the cuts they made left the tree looking uneven, poorly shaped, and clearly not cared for by a professional. It now looks damaged rather than maintained. If you're considering hiring this company, I strongly suggest confirming how they handle property boundaries and neighbor communication because in my experience, they did neither. I am extremely disappointed and would caution others before using their services.
