Keuka has been around since 1890, has a great location covering 288 acres on Lake Keuka, one of the Finger Lakes. It has about 1,800 students with tuitions running around $33,000/year. With a rating of 112 amongst best colleges and universities of the north, I'd say it's a pretty good college. As a liberal arts based college its concentrations are on pre-professional education and experiential learnings. The students I met appeared super bright, engaged and enthusiastic about their learning experiences. I also thought the students here at Keuka were in many ways benefiting from the rather remote country type location of the college. What was a real shocker to me was to find that Keuka partners in providing educations in Vietnam and China, which is no small thing for such a small college as this. Overall, I really liked their location, the enthusiasm of the students and the overall maintenance of a liberal arts based primary education

For example, my son has lacrosse practice here, I've seen seniors on the tennis courts playing pickleball, and there are amazing trails. Additionally, many community dinners are held here. I needed a lab kit via Ecampus, so i ordered my voucher and redeemed it. I ended up needing to drop the summer course before even getting my lab kit, so I returned it via fedex as it was still en-route and have yet to recieve my money back. I didn't get reimbursed for any tuition, but i knew that was gonna happen. What isn't great is another 400 stacked on top of that. Every phone number I've been given I have been redirected to someone who will not answer.

This is a great school to send your kids to. There are so many different extracurricular activities…read morethat your child can choose from. This includes normal things like sports and music as well as activities that I never heard of until I sent my kids here. They can participate in run club and run in a 5k. There's a ninja warrior type obstacle course that they can train and run. They can take karate. There are so many options that your child can find something they truly enjoy. The staff is usually helpful and caring. We have had a few times were we had to email/call teachers multiple times before we heard back. Which wouldn't be annoying if it didn't take weeks to hear anything from them.
