Upon inquiry, I corresponded with Mark, the owner. He was personable and helpful with making a reservation and getting set up for move in day. We had to send him pictures of our pup as well because certain breed are a no-go at this park. As a catahoula leopard dog mix, we got the approval at move in but this later became an issue as Mark couldn't remember approving Daphne. The park managers, Chase and Kendra are/were an absolute delight incredibly personable and helpful! We literally love them. Unfortunately, after three days we already had a complaint against us because our three year old was being "too loud" in the MIDDLE of the day... INSIDE our trailer. This prompted an immediate phone call from Mark blasting my husband for our three year old playing our trailer pretending to be Spiderman. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue because my husband a few days later received another call from Mark who stated a neighbor called and indicated he and I were in the middle of a fight which was news to us because in that moment we were in the office speaking with Chase and Kendra. So, it sounded to us like a neighbor who had an issue with us and our children. We immediately resolved the issue and explained we weren't sure what he was even talking about because my husband and I rarely fight as it is. Mark quickly apologized and said he wasn't sure what was going on... my immediate thought is well isn't that why you have management? Fast forward, when I paid our second month lot rental, our out of state bank kicked back the payment which I didn't realize until a few days later. Once I realized their was an issue, I reached out to Mark (BIG mistake) because he immediately began to reprimand me accusing me of making excuses for the late payment. This did not sit well with me because his attitude as a business owner was and is completely inappropriate. I replied to Mark there was absolutely no need to reprimand me like a parent would a child but to explain their protocol when this happens. Turns out, Mark did not realize he was speaking with me (a woman) via text but thought it was my husband. When I addressed his inappropriate behavior toward me, he immediately tried calling me but knowing my own frustration tolerance, I passed the call to my husband. I refused from that point forward to deal with Mark whatsoever. Later, when I spoke to Kendra to find out how to mitigate the issue and how much the late fee would be, she explained our lot rental wasn't actually due for a few more days. I inquired with her who I needed to talk to her or Mark. She said she handles the rental payments but I could also talk to Mark. Obviously, fat chance after that. Honestly, Mark is a micromanager who has great management (i.e., Chase and Kendra) but will NOT allow them to do their job which they've proven over and over again are better at running the damn park than he is. Also, there is favoritism with Mark, hence why he would call and take other tenants word over actual truth. Rocket's RV tons of potential but in actuality a train wreck. I would never feel comfortable staying there with my children again because his lack of respect, constant assumptions without facts, and evident favoritism and different standards for RVers depending on who you are. Mark, trust your management and actually listen. It's a small town with a small town mindset but as a professional from a big city, I have standards. Mark is his biggest enemy. His RV Park suffers as a result.

The cabins are well furnished with a rustic atmosphere. The furniture is solid, not your average cheap "get it in there" junk. The staff is friendly, the cabins are always clean (except one accident, which was immediately resolved with extremely courteous service!) There's coffee and snacks with complimentary soaps and shampoos in each cabin. It's a little noisy from the highway but that's hardly noticable, given how comfortable the beds and loveseats are. This is our third stay with several more to go. Definitely recommend staying here if you have any overnight business in the area!!!

I really…read moreappreciate the covered parking area, which helps shade our RV during the heat of the day, and also gives us peace of mind during bad weather, in case of hail. There is plenty of room for us to park our 36 ft 5th wheel as well as our full-length dually tow vehicle underneath the covered parking inside our allotted area. We have full hookups which are easily accessible. There is a nice laundromat on site with coin-operated washers and dryers, a coin machine which dispenses quarters in exchange for $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. There is also a machine which dispenses laundry supplies. There are indoor restrooms in the laundromat, a long table for folding laundry, and a few chairs. On the front porch of the laundromat there are benches, and a snack/drink machine which can be operated with coins, dollar bills, credit cards, and Apple Pay. The RV site is easily accessible just off the main road. Traffic noise is noticeable, but we sleep with our A/C or fan running, which helps mitigate the noise level. Very handy RV park for overnight or longer stays. Check-in and check-out is done over the phone with a credit card. We plan to continue using this RV park during our trips through the area.

Cold water runs and I don't mean drip! Then I try to call front desk and no one answers! I call the toll free number while still having FD on the phone. 800 tries to call and no answers. I finally walk up to the desk. No customers just clerk there. They seemed bewildered that those phones never rang. They called maintenance guess what no answer! So water is still running and no maintenance has shown up. Tried Calling FD again still no answer. Called them direct from outside number and they answer. I am not impressed. If it were my staff I would be going crazy on them. Customerservice is high priority and obviously this is not true for this establishment. Very disappointed.
