ABBA'S MUSIC OWNER "CHRIS KROGER" IS AN ANGEL "THE YEAR 2000…read moreand THE YEAR 2002 DECLARE IT" It was December 2000 Mr. Chris Kroger owner of Abba's Music located at 119 N. Main Street in Henderson, Ky. 42420 came to rescue me and my family from a snow storm in Evansville, Ind. We had traveled to Evansville on a mission dealing with winning souls for Christ and were caught up in a snow storm at a hotel. Mr. Kroger was so kind out of the kindness of his heart he paid for our 42 days and night stay at the hotel until the snow storm could pass. It was Spring of 2002 my family and I received a call from the front desk clerk of a hotel in Brooksville, Florida that we had some guest that wanted to see us. The next thing we know Mr. Chris Kroger owner of Abba's Music located at 119 N. Main Street in Henderson, Ky. 42420 and his beautiful God loving wife had drove to Brooksville, Florida to see me and my family while we were on another soul winning mission for Christ. Mr. Kroger is a God Loving man with a golden heart. Abba's Music by way of Mr. Chris Kroger sent a drum set to D' Lo, Ms. In the year 2002 to Pastor W. Harper and his church family. Mr. Kroger is a God sent Angel in disguise. He and his wife do things behind the scene and never take a second thought about what race, color or creed you may be. An Awesome Couple! If you are looking for instruments, drums or just a place to browse around Abba's Music is the place to shop. Tell Mr. Kroger you read it from a lady name Peaches of Decatur, Ga. Peace and God Bless

I was looking for baritone uke strings. I struck out at both Evansville guitar shops. So, I called…read moreABBA's Music Store on July 5th. I spoke with Chris. He indicated that everyone was off for the holiday. However, he took my call and took the time, while he was on the phone with me, to look through their inventory. He found what I needed. He took my name and set the strings aside for me. I asked if he had the set for an alternate tuning. I gave him my number and within 15 to 30 minutes called me back to tell me he had found what I needed and reserved the strings in my name. I was so impressed with the customer service Chris provided, when he could have asked me to call back on Monday. I took my uke to the store on Wednesday and left it with Steve, a very talented and knowledgeable musician and friend, to restring it. He took care of it while my wife and I enjoyed lunch around the corner. I highly recommend the guys at ABBA's Music to anyone who plays an instrument and values great customer service. THANKS!

Bought a brand new pro level clarinet and a pro level alto sax from them sight unseen. They are…read moreeverything (in other words - FANTASTIC) Mike promised them to be. I am very particular, so his was the best shop in the 48 to buy what I wanted. He had them both shipped to me down here in NW Florida. Not a single flaw. I have been playing clarinet since 1980, sax since 1985, so I know what to look for.

Went there for my first scheduled guitar lesson. The instructor didn't show up. A store employee as…read morewell as myself attempted to call her without success. I waited around above 15 minutes and left for my 20 mile drive home. About half way home she called and asked if I was interested in driving back for a discounted lesson. I did. When I got back to the store, she ushered me into a tiny room filled with drums and other music equipment. No seats. She went and found a couple stools. I'd brought some music I was trying to learn. However, there was no music stand or anything around to put the music on. She laid it on the floor and had me try and play it. I could barely even see it. (I'm 69) While I'm attempting to play the song, she leaves the room for several minutes. When she returns, she shows me a riff to add to the song. She had to borrow my new Snark tuner to tune her guitar. Upon completion of the "lesson" she promised to call the next day to schedule my next "lesson". I never heard from her. The next day I realized she didn't return my tuner. I called the store and they gave me a new tuner without charge. Then girl later called wanting to give me lessons in my home. I think not! This is not necessarily the stores fault, but they should be more careful about subcontracting with people who can't be depended on.
