I contacted them through Yelp and got a prompt response, unlike a number of other contractors I contacted the same way. Lenny came over right away, scoped the property out, and gave me a competitive bid. He was easy to talk to, friendly and forthcoming with details. The whole job took Lenny, David and Gustavo about 4 days, including pressure washing, trim removal & replacement, taping off, detail work and cleanup. The results were entirely satisfactory. He protected our fixtures from paint damage and pointed out things to us we wouldn't have thought of. We were out of town for most of the project and sent us daily updates on his progress.
