Of the many Burlington's I've visited, this is the cleanest and most organized I've ever been to…read more With many of their stores, the layout is pretty typical, each of their departments in its designated area, and selections at great prices. I found some items here to catch my eye, mainly the men's button-downed shirts, with a variety and style that I haven't seen before. I don't stop at Burlington on a frequent basis, which probably explains there are new products. Spending a lot time of viewing each department, I found by surprised to see the public restroom closed and also the fitting rooms closed. It's definitely temporary, but why could that be?! As I was checking out, I even complimented the cashier on how great the store looked. She thanked me, which is awesome to see.

Recently purchased our living room set from here. The experience was good. We initially went and…read morehad a great salesman. Cannot remember his name as it was over two months ago. We made up our mind on what we wanted when I got a call from my bank that I was a victim of identity fraud and my card had to be closed. So we came back several wks later and bought the furniture with another salesman. It helped that we knew what we wanted. However, this time we made a purchase of a recliner we had not originally intended. The salesman went above and beyond. We got the furniture as promised in two days. No complaints there. I'm am surprised at the reviews, but that just wasn't my experience. I did go to Ashley's down the road and frankly, I wouldn't by a cushion from them.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I visited on Sunday, 11/23/25, and placed an…read moreorder for a couch with Jeffery Treadwell. Although the system was down at the time, he assured us that he would manually submit the order and contact us on Tuesday with pickup details. By Wednesday, we learned that the order was never placed, and we are now being told we must reorder the couch. This level of service is unacceptable, especially as we are in the process of moving into our new home and are now left without the furniture we planned for. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation was handled and the lack of follow-through from Jeffery Treadwell.

7/28/14 We went to the store to get some items on our…read morewedding registry that happen on 6/22/14. We walked in talked to the lady and asked her she said told us you get 10 percent off everything on the registry. She then proceeded to print it off for us so we can get them. We spent approximately 2 hours in the store, which including waiting having to search the store to find someone to help us. After finding a guy asking him to see if you had more of certain color towel sheets(the big towels). We waited 29 minutes for him to come and say he found one the two colors we wanted. He then said he would go back and recheck for the other! We said no thank you after waiting for 30 minutes. We then proceeded to check out when we found out our whole time was in vain. The same lady asked us for the "card" from you we got in the mail. We told her we never received any card like we did from our other registry stores. So she told us we couldn't get the 10 percent off the items. After 2 hours plus in the store she told us after!!!! I can 't begin to tell you how frustrated I was. Why would she not disclose this before when she printed our registry. I must say at this point I plan on waiting for our 10 percent off coupon and purchasing the items (if ever comes and if not look elsewhere). After that I don't plan on coming back I just feel that is very pour customer service all the way around.
