This company have put that concern to rest. I saw a Craigslist ad and called Dave to check the irrigation at our PSL home. He discovered the problem and promptly fixed our irrigation system. Their lawncare cost cannot be beat. They do offer pest control too. Talk about hitting the jackpot. One stop shopping and I'm all about it. Practical, cost effective lawn care services what else can I ask for. PayPal payments are accepted for emailed invoices. Hip, hip hooray. Being out of town it was truly appreciated that pictures of the property were emailed too. Can you say peace of mind? Paying for never performed services was getting to an annoying level. Finding old clippings on the ground for over a month while grass is supposed to be cut was inexcusable to me. As the name suggests this is a family owned business. I get prompt responses to emails/calls which is not a frequent event. Updates about the property are so reassuring. Our irrigation system was not working and the grass/plants were dying. OMG they are familiar with working the irrigation settings too. I had to cut an entire length of ficus because 2 services who were previously paid to cut it never did. Dave help to complete the process of bringing the cuttings to the roadside for pick up. Having neat, clean landscaping matters that me. So much so that o traveled 3 months in a row to check the property. I rest assured now that all is well with FAMCO on the job. Very affordable and fair prices. Give them a chance. Funny enough, every six months or so, some guy usually stops by asking for our coconuts and ends up cleaning up the trees in exchange, so we've never actually had to pay for the service before.
