I've been to this location twice now, and I really love the low-fi, chill vibe--it's the kind of place you can actually relax in. The service has been excellent both times. I haven't tried any of the food yet, but I'm definitely regretting skipping the scone samples they had out. Drink-wise, I've had both the white chocolate mocha and the caramel mocha. I preferred the caramel mocha, but honestly, both were really good. I'll definitely be back (and next time, I'm trying a scone). Being a major coffee drinker, this place changed my idea of what fresh roasted coffee tastes like! It's pricey compared to store bought but not compared to small batch online brands online that may require a subscription. I ordered the darker roast with milk and sugar. I enjoyed the fact that it wasn't too sweet or too milky allowing the coffee flavor to shine! I also added a gingerbread cookie and have never had one so soft and delicious! Both cost me about $5.50! I prefer over Starbucks ! The area inside is quaint, with an updated old world feel. There is an outside area to enjoy! Parking is limited but a short walk from other places to park. Hoboken is one of my favorite coffee places in Guthrie, they have amazing custom syrups and their roasted coffee beans. All of their pastry items are homemade from a local baker in town. This little coffee store in Guthrie is really cute and it was surprisingly busy for a Thursday mid morning. I met a friend there for coffee. I wanted a flavored latte. They didn't have sugar free options for the flavor. Not a huge deal. I asked for skim milk and they didn't have that either. I ended up getting almond milk for an up charge. The coffee was really good but I was disappointed that they didn't have low calorie flavors or milk. Our table was covered with crumbs from previous patrons. I understand that they were busy but a quick swipe with a tag could have fixed that. They only have one shared restroom and with probably 15 people there there was a wait to get in. The coffee was good but the little things made me give them the 3 stars. read more

This is hands down my favorite coffee shop in Oklahoma. Not to mention in my favorite city in Oklahoma too. I really love the whole atmosphere of this shop. The attention to detail is what ties this whole place together. It really matches the historic town of Guthrie and pays tribute to that. The perfect coffee shop does exist! Miss this place already. My husband and I were so happy to see a coffee shop within walking distance of our Airbnb. As soon as we stepped foot inside, we were greeted. Everyone's super welcoming in this little town. I received a free drink from the sweetest barista because it was my birthday. I really like that menu was simple but there were still plenty of different options to choose from. My husband was feeling coffee so he ordered an iced white chocolate latte. I wanted something fruity so the barista recommended the blackberry sparkling lemonade which was seasonal. Both were delicious! 10/10. I loved that the drinks came in glassware instead of plastic cups. The atmosphere was really nice and not overly packed like my home town. It was a nice change of pace and everyone knew each other. I have never heard a single person say a negative thing about Hoboken and I am not even surprised. I have been visiting this place since my college years at OSU, but even being an Oklahoma City resident now, I will still make the drive to Guthrie to revisit and enjoy it when I get the opportunity to. In my opinion, it is probably the most amazing coffee atmosphere in Oklahoma. Coffee tastes great and employees are always exceptionally kind. My only complaint is that it is in Guthrie... wish it was a little closer to the city (or in the city) but that is just my two cents ;-). I wanted to get coffee before my friend, and I drove back to OKC, so we stopped by here. This small place had wonderful coffee shop vibes and this cool hipster touch. The staff was lovely as well. I love their interior, very rustic with a greenery touch, and the coffeeshop was filled with natural light that created a comfy environment. The staff that took my order was very attentive and friendly. They were busy when we came in, but she let me know she will be with us in a moment. There were so many good choices to choose from, but I got a cold brew to go. I appreciate that the barista brought the coffee over to my table since not many places do that anymore. The cold brew was great, very smooth, and wasn't acidic and bitter. I might have to go to Guthrie more often now. read more

Hoboken Coffee September 2018 I love so many coffee shops across the country. I have to say that this one is close to the top of my favorites list. The folks here are kind. In a coffee shop, I'd say that is the #1 prerequisite. Check. The atmosphere is relaxed, hip & fresh, and casual. That's important too. Check. The coffee is delicious. A "must" for being a coffee shop. Check. There's really nothing I can think of that I'd change about this collective, communal, collaborative little coffee shop other than I'd love if they offered coconut milk/creamer. That said, they are super special and nearly perfect. They have tasty brews and exude hygge. That's right up my alley. They are worth the drive up to Guthrie. I haven't made my way to the actual Hoboken location, but I've been ordering their products and coffee this holiday season, and I've loved everything I've gotten. Their coffee beans are roasted to perfection. My favorite is their single origin Ethiopian. Their best seller blends are Okie Kid and High Hat, and I got the High Hat blend, which I'm very fond of. The coffees are flavorful and very smooth. Each delivery also comes with a handwritten note - it's like I'm getting the friendly smile at the coffee shop with my purchase but in a delivery box. It's so sweet! I also really love their classic tumbler. It's a beautiful and sleek floral design, and it's very insulating! Until I make it to Guthrie to visit, I'll keep ordering their coffee beans! read more

I definitely enjoyed the coffee I got here. They have vanilla, caramel, hazelnut and lavender syrups. They have oat and almond milk as alternative milks. I ordered the lavender latte and it was delicious. This is a repurposed building and is adorable. They have an old cash register that they actually put their iPad on so even the modern-day accoutrements are hidden among the antique and nostalgic. Definitely worth a trip. read more

Loved this coffee shop in downtown Guthrie. Adored all the plants growing in the space. The boys were hungry this morning so I ordered 4 muffins (chocolate and blueberry), a pumpkin biscotti, and a savory feta, sun-dried tomato scone. My oat decaf latte was really good. The boys loved their decaf mochas and the bakery items. My scone was tasty but next time I'll ask for it to be warmed. I also ordered a bag of the Guatemalan to go for my husband, and had them grind it for our French press. The total for the food and beverages plus tip was around $38, and the 12 oz bag of coffee including tax was around $19. The price point for the bag of coffee was pricy, but we like supporting local and appreciate all that goes in to a place like this and their in-house roasted beans. Sure well stop in here again next time we are in the area! read more

I love the atmosphere of this coffee shop. Outside light gently streams in to a nice open venue with loved furniture and greenery. They as well offer an outside patio. No shade outside, but still very welcoming. Inside it is very clean feeling. Friendly staff. Good quality coffee. Their menu is just right. They do not go overboard with a million options, but offer just enough. And what they do offer they are good at. They have the most amazingly delicious oatmeal walnut chocolate chip cookies. Some mornings my hubby and I take a little field trip with the sunrise, through the back roads as a special start to a day that ends up at Hoboken for the best latte on the planet! What a treat!
