What's really special is that it shares it's large space (it always used to be a markethall) with 3 or 4 butchers who each specialize in certain animals. A meatlover can literally find every part of a sheep, cow, pig, poultry, dear, ... you name it. They even sell cow and sheepskins for a bargain price and are very known for their high quality standards.
