Terrible. We ordered a Diet Coke then waited over an hour for our food. People sat down after us…read moreordered, ate and were gone. We asked where our food was and the rude waiter said he didn't know and we could cancel it. After an hour, we didn't want to cancel. Asked 10 minutes later, still said the same so we cancelled and walked out, rude waiter came after us and said we had to pay for our Diet Coke or he'd call the police. Don't worry we won't be back. I guess because we were straight tourists they didn't wait on us!

Food (4/5): definitely pretty good food here I think. There was like half a dozen of us and we all got different dishes. I got the vegetarian burger with fries and I was honestly pretty impressed. They have so much in it and the fries were perfectly seasoned and it even came with a small side salad with it! One got a crispy chicken patty but with all the veggie burger toppings which she enjoyed. Another got the crispy chicken burger which she thought was ok. One got a steak and was quite disappointed saying it could've been a lot better, however she is from Texas so nothing beats that. One got curry which she loved and two got pasta which they seemed to enjoy! Service (4/5): the waiters and servers were actually nice however they took a while to get our food out and the restaurant was not too packed with customers either. They apologized though and one was very sweet at teaching us some German phrases. Ambience/Interior/Exterior (3/5): I don't like how dark it is in the restaurant, but it is nicely set up inside. Outside looks pretty nice too however my only complaint is that the tables are on a slant so everything is slightly diagonal. Good place overall! However it is a bit pricey FYI!

It gets very crowded at the weekend and you are recommended to call ahead for reservations. The coffee is the best I've had! But it's also very small! The baiser cakes are presented nicely and the whipped cream tastes incredibly fresh. (The cakes consist of pastry base, fruit filling, and whipped cream topped with cake.) I had the Stachelbeer Baiser. The service is absolutely top notch. The waiters are so friendly and attentive. They have a warm manner with children. There's a little play area for kids in the back of the cafe so parents get a bit of a break. The location is right in the middle of the town, and there's a lot of natural light. The front entrance table had a selection of newspapers and magazines for you to enjoy! I've heard that breakfast is good here. This cafe has a really great atmosphere. Check it out!
