Attorney Ira Baker at the Baker Law Office Delivers Again!…read more On December 1, 2024, I received two traffic tickets from a Collier County Sheriff: one for "following too closely" ($163) and another for speeding--88 mph in a 60 mph zone ($278), which also carried the risk of four points on my license. The result? The "following too closely" ticket was completely dismissed. As for the speeding ticket, the court ruled "adjudication withheld"--meaning no points on my license. I paid the $278 fine and was required to complete a four-hour safe driver course, which cost about $15 and took less than two hours online. Once again, Attorney Ira Baker and the Baker Law Office came through! Highly recommended! www.thebakerlawoffices.com

I contacted this office seeking legal guidance on a traffic case and was surprised by how the call…read morewas handled. During my initial inquiry, the attorney raised his voice, spoke over me, and responded with visible irritation simply because I was asking questions about my situation. This was not a consultation--it felt dismissive and confrontational. Asking basic questions before retaining a lawyer should not result in being spoken down to. Professional communication and patience are fundamental qualities I expect from any attorney, especially during a first interaction. This review reflects my personal experience during a phone call. Based on that interaction alone, I chose not to move forward and instead will seek representation from a firm that treats potential clients with respect and professionalism.

He was able to put my mind at ease as we start the arduous process of planning for my elderly father's future health care needs, financially. I would highly recommend consulting with Jason and his firm for legal guidance when planning for your elderly loved ones.

My brother and I started looking into acquiring Medicaid benefits, which was an incredibly difficult task. We soon realized that we needed an attorney that specializes in elder care to help us with this process. There are hundreds of elder care attorneys in the greater Miami area. We searched for reviews of different firms, but noticed that most of the recommendations were coming from other lawyers and colleagues. We wanted real-world recommendations from actual families, with stories similar to ours. We called Assisted Living facilities in the area and spoke to their managers. Several of them recommended Jason Neufeld with the firm Elder Needs Law. We decided to work with Jason and his staff. Jason and his staff are extremely efficient. They are very knowledgeable, caring, and responsive. They have answered all of our questions, (special thanks to Tracy Meli) and guided us through this process. Choosing Elder Needs Law was definitely a good decision for us. The Medicaid application process is very complicated, confusing and time-consuming. We could have NEVER navigated through these many processes by ourselves. Our mother has since declined medically, and now both our parents have been approved by Medicaid, thanks to Elder Needs Law. Our anxiety about how we can afford their care is gone and we can sleep at night. We highly recommend Elder Needs Law.
