I see Amy Matney for therapy, and she is hands down the most down to earth, easy to talk to…read moretherapist I've ever had. She tells me exactly what I need to hear, not always what I want to hear. There have been plenty of times when she's said something that made my response, "F you, I'll see you next week," only for me to come back the following week and admit she was right, which she already knew anyway. Amy has helped me navigate some really difficult times in my life. I appreciate her more than I can put into words. She is absolutely the best. And her dog, Einstein, is a 10/10. He definitely did not tell me to say that. I also see Lauren Fackler for medication management, and she is fantastic as well. She truly listens, is empathetic, understanding, and makes me feel heard. I feel like I could tell her anything and be met with kindness, compassion, and grace. These two have helped me tremendously, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and support they've provided.

We requested a Gene Site test and discussed the possibility of her being his psychiatrist. During the visits, my son shared what's been happening over the last year with him and how he's in a program for court. Court requested him to sign a release for CBH and what Kim sent to the Court was 95% factually inaccurate, misleading and in some cases completely false. This not only caused harm to him in the program but also was defaming towards me, as she took much of what I said and added her own context to make it sound negative. I have filed complaints against her with the Medical licensing board, the VA Dept of Health Professionals and OCR. I will also be bringing a civil suit against her! She violated ethical and professional standards in her duty to avoid harming the patient or their family through false documentation. ALWAYS advocate for your kid because no one else will!

After I'd seen several others, Dr. Moseley was the only doctor who improved my gastrointestinal…read moreproblems, diagnosing the cause as intestinal candidiasis and successfully treating it. He saw the link between my autism and the possibility that I might have candidiasis, something few other doctors would have recognized. He also gave dietary and nutritional advice to help me recover from the damage the candida had done not only to my digestive system but to my entire body, diagnosed and treated my hypothyroidism, and used new, relatively unknown treatments as well as meditation and exercise to help me cope with my autism.

I was experiencing severe anxiety as a result of the derealization/depersonalization, racing thoughts, inability to remember things due to the panic attacks (which I wasn't aware were panic attacks at the time). While I described my symptoms in vivid detail, he didn't once consider the idea that I was suffering from anxiety and panic caused by the panic attack symptoms themselves. he suggested many different possibilities such bi-polar disorder, brain damage etc.. this resulted in thousands spent on an EEG scan, and hundreds spent on supplements he recommended. My symptoms got much worse for the months to come as a result of the anxiety associated with my anxiety symptoms. Two years later I am finally receiving proper treatment for something that isn't a very serious thing to have at all.
