Recently moving to Paris, Hidden Grove Storage was the closest storage facility we could find for our trailer. Kevin (manager) was wonderful to work with. (Don't know what happened to him). In June, 2021 we notified HG that a new facility was opening in Paris and we would be moving our RV there in July and to not draft our monthly payment. HG drafted our bank for that payment anyway for the $106.09. Having no luck with phone calls and E-mails to get the refund, I went to the resort office to ask for the refund. Chad got on his computer and said the refund would show up in our bank in about three days. He indicated that if it didn't refund our account he would write a check for the refund. Of course it did not happen so I contacted Chad and he said he would get right on it. Another few weeks went by and still no check. I called Chad again and told him I didn't want to take this to small claims court but I didn't see other options. I received a check for $85 (not the $106.09 charged) within three days? I'm not sure why that amount was refunded so I sent Chad another E-mail asking for the balance to be sent to me. I even sent a copy of that E-mail by postal service. Now two weeks later, I still haven't seen a check. Be aware that they don't pay their bills in full, like I had to do since 2019.
