The staff were unfriendly, unenthusiastic and disinterested. The coffees were made to a low standard, they tasted like they were made with instant coffee powder. The steak was ordinary, and the salad was old and limp. The schnitzel was overcooked and dry, it was probably cooked and reheated again. The food was overpriced and to an extremely low standard. Good was decent enough, what you'd expect for what you pay. But service was so slow! We were the first customers to arrive and just about the last ones to receive our food within the hour. Meals weren't presented with menu items that were included, and we had to bring to staffs attention that we hadn't be serviced our food after a very long wait! Mediocre food teamed with bad service doesn't equate to a memorable experience. read more
