OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED BAR FOOD AMBIENCE: Lovely view of the dunes and ocean. Good music. Hip, trendy place. FOOD: The menu offered bar food for incredibly high prices, so we didn't eat here. There were a few appetizing items listed, such as Lobster Tail, but half of a lobster tail was priced at 32€. BEER: Good. Krombacher. read more

Wir waren zu zweit im April, also in der Nebensaison,auf Juist. Ich kann mich der Meinung von Bellamaus80(siehe oben) nur anschließen. Der einzige Platz mit Meerblick,gepflegtes Ambiente,Hintergrundmusik,super Küche,Personal super freundlich und nicht abgehoben,gehobenes Niveau ,etwas für Anspruchsvolle.Schirmbar,offener Kamin usw. Der beste Laden auf Juist.Da kann man ins Schwärmen kommen. Der Rest von Juist ist auch nicht schlecht.Aber in der Hohen Düne hat es uns mit Abstand am Besten gefallen. Also,5 Sterne,denn mehr kann man ja leider nicht geben. Marita und Axel read more

Eine tolle Bar, es macht Spass hier zusetzen und ein Pils zu trinken und einfach auf die Nordsee zuschauen. Die Insel Juist besuche ich alle paar Jahre mal zur Erinnerung an meinen Opa der dort jedes Jahr war. Ich mag die Insel und die Bar hier, verweile gerne hier und sitze einfach da und lass die Gedanken kreisen. Die Preisen sind natürlich hoch man ist auch auf einer Insel wo die Übernachtungskosten schon nicht günstig sind. Trotzdem bin ich gerne hier und geniesse das Essen oder auch einfach mal nur ein Getränk. read more

Service leider sehr schlecht und arrogant , lässt die Gäste warten Erst als wir mehrere Flaschen Wein bestellt hatten wurden sie etwas freundlicher so etwas geht gar nicht und sollte man sich nicht bieten lassen. Den guten Ausblick hat man in der Strandbar auch und man fühlt sich dort wesentlich wohler und erwünschter. read more
