The dryer parts were replaced and during my discussion with "Chris" the service tech we did decide to try less soap in the washing machine and see if it stops the noise before tearing it apart and replacing parts. The following day, I washed a light load and when I went to dry them, the dryer was making the same horrible noise after having the parts replaced. I reached out to the service tech and sent him a video of the dryer, making the horrible noise, even with nothing in the dryer. Because this has been an issue since day one when we bought them, and we have been given the biggest run around and lied to now for 4 months. I requested that we returned the washer and dryer and buy a different brand (speed Queen). I just want a working washer and dryer!!!! What "really upset me" is, I felt like I was being bribed into removing my "HONEST YELP REVIEW" and "UPDATES". Bribery is illegal!!! When removing a review on Yelp, Yelp asks, "if you were offered a refund or other compensation to remove this review". In a world with so much corruption. I REFUSE to be a part of it!!!!
