The company was responsive and sent experienced individuals to do my plumbing job. The tunneling crew did a great job and the cleanup was incredible. It was like they had never been there. Mark was very conscientious about his work and made sure that I understood the process. He worked hard and made sure that things were done right. The before and after was incredible. It was a big job, but they made it go as smooth as possible. I got three other quotes just to be sure that I understood what work had to be done and that I was getting a fair price. This company has surpassed my expectations and made a stressful plumbing situation better with their thorough communication, competence, and fair pricing. They went above and beyond with their service; from the office manager to the plumbers and owner. We had another plumbing company come out before them for the same issues and their estimate was 3 times as much and they were not trustworthy; you could tell the worked off commission by the way they were quoting me huge sums and when i questioned them they'd go "talk to their manager" to reduce the price. Hole in One Plumbing is a plumber that Structured Foundation uses consistently. They conducted the initial leak test for my house prior to the foundation being repaired. I was told that there might be a leak under my house. I had to pay $2000 for U-line and camera test. After the foundation was completed, Hole in One came back and did a camera test. I was told that there was leak in my middle bathroom and it would cost me $27K to complete the entire house minus my master bathroom. I had my warranty company come in to retest everything. I was told that a U-line was not necessary. The warranty company asked to see the camera video. When I asked Hole in One for it, they had deleted the test. When I prompted Hole in One with more questions, there was no call back. Two days later, the foundation company sent me a certificate of warranty stating that there were NO leaks under my house. If I wasn't smart enough to get a second opinion, I could have been possibly been out of $27K. This company might come across as very nice and "doing you a favor", however, underground plumbing is costly and to the average person you really don't know. This is how the company can take advantage of you so easily. I would never have them at my house again nor recommend them to anyone. read more

After being assured that an exterior leak had been located and repaired, I was charged $680. Water continued to flow in the same area and pattern immediately after Hole in One's "repair". After requesting that the ongoing leak simply be stopped/fixed, I am informed that it was repaired. Hole in One's position is there is simply a "new leak". I am then told to use another company to find it and repair it as Hole in One's initial $680 repair was thorough and appropriate. When I texted their employee, Clint, to resolve payment and the leak a few days later, I am texted the information on the photo above: "Oscar has informed me that there is nothing more he can say that I didn't already cover in our conversation. Arguing with you about it any further isn't worth the $800. Enjoy your complimentary sewer repair, and please don't contact Hole In One for any more of your plumbing needs. Sincerely, F*** off" After forwarding his employee's response to the owner, Oscar, no response or explanation was offered. There are way too many plumbers in the metro for anyone to have to tolerate this. Please find another company that stands behind their work and won't curse at you when they don't. read more

Wow! Incredible service and employees. I thought I had a leak which would have cost thousands but Hole In One found out it wasn't the case. We also thought my neighbor had a freshwater leak and turns out it was just a running toilet. They saved both of us tons of money. Oscar and his team are very professional as well as an expert in their field! Needless to say, water is not your friend when it comes to a water leak. I came home from work and walked into my second bedroom to water on my Berber carpet on April 7, 2018. I had no idea where the water could be company from in my extra bedroom. I call a plumbing company to diagnose where the water was coming from. After being there 30 minutes, this particular company said I had a slab leak, charged me over $300+ in fees to diagnose the leak, and left me a quote for over $6500 to repair! I asked a friend for a referral to another plumbing company she gave me the name and number of Hole in One Plumbing! Oscar the owner came out the very next morning to investigate my issue. Within 15 minutes he said it definitely was not a slab leak! The leak was in the main copper wire that had worn out due to it being pressed down by the barrier where the house shut off valve was in. Oscar scheduled he and his crew to come out on a cold, wet and rainy Saturday morning to repair. Not only did he repair it, test it, but made sure that my flowerbed was put back in place. Be aware of this company. They were supposed to tunnel to make a repair not go through the tile. When confronted with the error, their employee lied and claimed he was told by the owner and myself to drill through the tile rather than tunnel. The experience got worse from there. I used them on my personal house and have referred them to clients in the past but the way they treated my client was completely unacceptable. Make sure you get every detail in writing if you do decide to use them. read more

They really helped my parents out of a bind recently. Both toilets had issues and after contacting another local plumbing company that charged a service call , refused to repair the existing toilets instead trying to upsell 2 new toilets for approximately $1500.00; HIO came out within 30 minutes and gave a fair estimate. The Sloan Flushmate replacement parts were ordered. The toilets were repaired in less than an after Jeff arrived. He was very quick and professional. The job was done at the estimated price. Outstanding company! I had my foundation lifted and as a result my PVC plumbing waste line broke. The owner came out and put a camera down and showed me where it was broken. He said they'd have to tunnel a short ways under the house to make the repair. They did exactly that and im sure it was no fun as it was sleeting outside. They had to tunnel about six feet under the house. Once the repair was made the lead guy was talking with me as his crew was back filling the dirt. He mentioned that the plumbing from the toilet was never plumbed correctly in the first place. He said he had to bust out concrete and then make a repair to the original plumbing because it was incorrectly plumbed by the original construction. I do remember hearing an air chisel for about an hour and he said "yea thats what I had to do to chip away at the concrete around the plumbing". I know it took extra time to do that and I was sure he was walking me down the garden path to "and because of that your bill is higher", but he didnt. Even with the extra work and time he didnt charge a penny more than the original quote. About $1200 for 12 hours work. A very reasonable price. I recommended them to my father in law and he also had a great experience. They cleared his waste line of a blockage. Another company had come out and charged him twice the amount that Hole In One charged for a not so great job. He said they were incredibly helpful. I hate plumbing issues, but love this company. read more

Let me start out by saying I never take the time to write reviews, yet our short experience with this company was appalling. My husband and I just bought a house that needed some plumbing work done, so our realtor highly recommended Hole In One Plumbing. When we called they scheduled an appointment for the next week. My husband called to verify the appointment Monday, because we thought it was weird we did not get a confirmation call on Friday like they said we would. The secretary was BEYOND RUDE! The lady accused us of making up the appointment, and said "we are booked through November so there is no way we would have booked y'all for the next week". I don't know about you, but we have much better things to do than to lie about a plumbing appointment! Anyways- the lady processed to then say we called another company. We assured her that they were the only company we called (the number was in our phone log). The secretary did not offer to schedule another appointment for us or anything, she simply just kept being ugly. We asked to speak to the manager and the lady said "we don't have a manager we only have an owner"...we then asked to talk to the owner and she said she would give him our number. We never received a call back from the owner, thus the reason for this review. I highly recommend steering clear from this company. Hole In One plumbing came out to repair a stopped up bathtub I was told due to the age of the house the plumbing needed to be changed which I approved the young man was there all day, leaving with its all done you shouldn't have any problems. Now almost two years later I am having the same problem, I had another plumber come to find out there was a hole in my sewer pipe that had duct tape over it, a hole in the neck of pipe connected to my bathtub that was glued there was also a large piece of plastic left either for the leak that was eventually going to happen or just accidentally left there also the pipe was adjusted the wrong way so the drainage was going backwards. When I called to just let them know for their benefit what I had discovered of course they couldn't have possibly did anything wrong. I am not an expert but the plumber who came was an expert. Also I asked Hole In One Plumbing how long it would take to complete the job that was needed at my home I was told it should have been a 2 hour job, the young man was at my house at least 6-8 hrs. but of course because my house is pier and beam anyone or anything could have gone under my house and put the hole in my sewer line and covered it with duct tape and put a hole in the pipe and use glue...What a Mystery If you decide to call on Hole In One please take my experience into consideration. read more

This company sounds like a scam to me. I called to request a gas shut off valve installation (for gas dryer) and fixing of a leaking faucet. A young lady answered the phone made me feel like I called wrong number because she doesn't understand what I was talking about. She put me on hold two times to check with someone. Then she said they got to go and look and do estimate. I told her it is the same shut off valve that any house using gas dryer will need, nothing tricky here. So, she threw out a price which I believe a high price ($185). Then I asked if it include the leaking faucet. She said no, they have to come and look at the faucet. So, I felt a bit weird and wanted to be sure I asked if they won't charge for coming and look, correct? To my surprise, she said it is $69 for coming and look. If after that, I don't use the service, I lose my money. Now, everything got so fishy here. Does it mean after they come and look, they decided to charge me $500 or even a thousand dollars for the leaking faucet, I still had to pay them or I lose my $69? Either way, they get their scam money. I haven't used their service yet, but I guess I'd better not. Because the whole thing doesn't make me feel comfortable at all. Their staff doesn't sound they know what they are doing, and they set potential customers up for some scams already before they even do any service for us. Sorry, I don't want you. read more

Is there an option for negative stars? This company is hands-down the worst I have ever dealt with. The owner did some work at a rent house for us isolating a leak. I had questions about the leak, so I returned a call from the number the plumber called me from. He said feel free to have my husband call him to answer questions too. My husband called him in the morning on his way to work and left a message with no response. The next day I text him can you please respond to my husband so we can move forward. The guy called me screaming at me how dare I blow up his personal phone?!i said- excuse me, I'm the customer trying to answer questions to schedule service! He ended up hanging up on me.not only that but now I have contacted another plumbing company who was shocked at his high quote. It was $900 more than standard pricing.
