The workout consisted of Hang Cleans, and two quick workouts -- Handstand Pushups & Burpees, then Double Unders and Toes to Bar. The instructor was friendly and made sure we understood the right techniques. He also provided scaling options for some of the newer members in the class. I would recommend Urban Box to anyone visiting Madrid!
