Pretty average airport hotel. Unfortunately while it's not directly connected to the airport, they do have shuttles on the hour to and from. The ride takes about 15 minutes. Room was spacious and clean. Nothing fancy, but a little pricer for what you get. I think they're charging for the airport access. read more

stayed here with a family member. The air conditioning was not working and there were mosquitoes in the room, so my daughter went to sleep on the floor of the bathroom. I slept badly and woke up to what I thought was a few mosquito bites. As we flew onto Ushuaia, I noticed more and more bites. There were easily over 75 on my arm, hand and face. In googling we were able to determine these were bed bug bites. Upon arrival I immediately had to throw out anything that couldn't be laundered and used a laundry in town. The bites were awful ,taking about 2 weeks to fully resolve. The hotel has said " reassure what we told you about not having bed bugs in Argentina we have local regulations related to plagues on the hotels." I have shared the photos of my arm, face, hand with them. Again ONE NIGHT in their hotel, next morning bed bug bites too numerous to count. The 1 star is for the restaurant; great food and great service. I am also very angry at IHG. They have a new ad campaign and as I look at the ad "Guest how you Guest" I know I did not want to GUEST and end up with the bites I did. Holiday Inn is part of IHG and one of the reasons I felt comfortable booking the hotel. I am angry and disappointed at their lack of involvement, from my first email, their response was that it should be handled locally. That is not how I want to GUEST. read more

Their bar area felt like a posh lounge and had really good club music. I recommend the burger but was surprised they didn't have limes for the Coronas so I opted for lemons which tasted okay with it. This is a great place to stay if you have an early flight to catch at the EZE airport. I wish breakfast started sooner since our flight was so early we had to miss it. The hallways were really dark and it seemed like the lights were burnt out but the rooms were pretty nice. This hotel seems really new and is the coolest Holiday Inn I've stayed at. I was pleasantly surprised. read more

Tired hotel. No hot water for shower. Let run for 15 minutes got up to cool pool water temp. Advised not to drink the water but no bottled water in the room. Bed was comfortable. Tried using hotel shuttle for airport by booking it the night before. The shuttle aka car carried only 4 and was booked. They had an 11 person van but it was only available to get me to the airport 6 hours before my flight. Ended up taking a taxi. read more

We stayed here because of its proximity to the airport for an early flight to Miami, and it is. Otherwise, it's clean and safe...the front desk is very businesslike and efficient. The rooms are dark and the AC doesn't set below 23 degrees C (so pretty stuffy) even the hallways are pitch dark with dim lights by each doorway. The gym is a joke, don't bother. The pool is in a courtyard with a view of the highway, enough said. read more

Horrific experience!! We had booked a room here for our daughter for the night before her repatriation flight out of Ezeiza. The Monday before the Thursday evening reservation the hotel confirmed. Then, one hour before check-in on Thursday, while our daughter was en route to the hotel, they canceled her reservation out of the blue. We tried to call the hotel and no one answered. In using the Holiday Inn chat feature I found out the hotel had closed until August 1st. This was absolutely unprofessional, unacceptable, and dangerous behavior. Our 20-year-old daughter, traveling alone, 1 hour away from the hotel and they cancel, leaving her with no accommodations. In addition, due to the federal restrictions because of COVID-19, her travel authorization only allowed her to travel to Ezeiza, so we could not even get her a room in downtown Buenos Aires because she did not have the authorization to enter the city. In the end, the transportation company we used - Travel Line - helped us find a room at Apartments Lugones - a wonderful place - but without their help, she would have been in serious trouble. This was a horrific and unprofessional move on behalf of Holiday Inn Ezeiza. read more

Room is great, but they now have a strict rule prohibiting kids under 14 from entering the pool, even though they let our 4 year old daughter in last year. The spa attendant was a very blunt and insensitive young woman. This let us down. Also, they no longer have a shuttle kiosk at Ezeiza airport, so one must call to arrange the shuttle in advance--we learned the hard way. read more
