Holiday Inn Express always a good, comfortable and consistent service. Wish they had eggs for breakfast during COVID, but I get it.

The hotel is gorgeous. You walk in and think this is the luxury I've been looking for all my life. Brianna was amazing, welcomed us in with prosecco, Saratoga sparkling water, and a smile showing that she was excited to see us and super kind! Quick check-in, perfect parking, and then went up to the room, which was gorgeous, all of the elements in the room, as well as the lobby gave great wow factor and intentional decor decision-making. Stellar, exactly what you want to see when you're on vacation! There is a cute bar in the lobby, we never went downstairs to the restaurant, but that also looked very nice, and the Spinning Jenny breakfast/coffee shop was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend! Now, for the quick deductions, they were minimal in nature, the TV only had some live channels from spectrum, in 2026, I would expect streaming options, but there were none. Nor could you even connect your own streaming. Second, late checkout was an additional $75. Again for a luxury hotel, in which you're already paying a premium, it simply did not make sense to me. Third, the bed was oddly misshapen, and created a pile up on one side because of a weight disparity, which was pretty uncomfortable. Le Labo, as a toiletry option is sensational, and we loved it, however, the minis that were expected to provide shampoo, conditioner, and body gel for everyone in the room did not feel enough, and it feels a little uncomfortable to ask for more, so perhaps the larger refillable containers in the bathroom in the room may eliminate that issue. Lastly, and it was minimal interaction so maybe not the biggest deal, but the woman who checked us out today, (she had a British accent), just felt marginally kind. Everyone else went above and beyond, from the bartender to the coffee shop man to Brianna, and I think Laura(Trisha??) may have been the second girls's name, regardless, all of them were extremely invested in our happiness, the British woman this morning not so much. Highly recommend this place, we will be back!

There were only two other people in the lounge at the time. I was told that no where's in the lounge (which is big) could my 8 year old son be. When I commented that it didn't say 21+ anywheres and this was a hotel lobby / lounge they repeated that it's a rule that kids are not allowed even if they aren't sitting in the bar. It was also Mother's Day and as a single mom I had been looking forward to a nice afternoon here with my son. My son felt horrible as he had known I really wanted to go there and even said "I can wait in the car while you spend time in there so I don't ruin Mother's Day." We immediately left as he didn't ruin the day but the Lincoln hotel did. I highly recommend anyone with kids stay away as clearly I thought this was a family friendly place and it's not.

I told her my current rent in yarmouth is $1,100 per month and I would save so much money! She was quick to deny me. Never replied to my email. Didn't respond until I messaged her back first. She was then rude again saying sorry no cosigners and sorry I can't help you because you don't have 2 years of bank statements. Sorry not everyone in Maine uses banks. Some people have a safe with bundles of 100 dollar bills. At that point I emailed her my current statement from my business account showing $2,800 this month in deposits. And a balance of $5,400 for the total 30 days. So let me get this right I make $5,000 a month and I can't get a 1 bedroom apartment in Biddeford Maine ? Something terribly wrong with this picture. Also they took my application and now have my social security number and all my info. I am very nervous about this situation and I'm not sure if I was scammed or what. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I was very excited to have a cheap place all to myself and the lady treated me like complete trash. Don't contact this business save your time. I am a small business owner and the way this company does business is clownish.

It was short notice and man the prices in this area are crazy for low rate hotels and motels! So we had to bite the bullet and it wasn't terrible. It was a really fast check in process. We then headed out to a local brewery for dinner in Biddeford and then to Old Orchard Beach for rides. Honestly the hotel was great location wise for the activities we were interested in. Also, very close to a store where we needed to pick up a few things. The next morning it was easy to grab Dunkin (2 stores over) and head into Portland. The air conditioner kept the room cold. It was clean. We were able to park directly in front of our door. The kids played outside (just running around) before bed. They did have air fresheners in the room which smelt pretty good! Basic.

Certainly not a place to be entertained or to hang around. Just some decent beds, adequate bathroom, tiny refrigerator and a TV on the wall. We didn't even turn the TV on so I don't know how it worked but the free wifi worked quiet well. One of the main advantages of this motel is the location. Close to the major roads and plenty of restaurants and coffee places close by. Not a fancy place and not a place with lots of amenities although there is a nice balcony where you can sit and watch the parking lot or traffic. Just a simple, quiet, cheap and nice place to sleep, shower and rest. A place to spend a night on the way to someone else.

We were literally on the beach. The house was built in the 1890s and it is beautiful! It does have updates to it since then but you don't lose a bit of the charm. We stayed in the old inn keepers room on the main floor, and it had its own bathroom. Our room had a window AC unit and it's own mini fridge as well as a ceiling fan. I do think it needs more outlets but we just used one in the bathroom. They provide you with bath towels, fresh beach towels everyday, washcloths, face towels and bath mats. Resa is the manager their and was absolutely wonderful. She cooked delicious breakfasts and is available if you need anything. One day we had avocado toast, scrambled eggs, fresh baked blueberry buckle, blueberry corn muffins, and chocolate oatmeal protein cookies. Various breads, bagels, and English muffins are available as well as butter, peanut butter, and jelly. There is always coffee, tea, and water and ice on hand. In addition to breakfast the house has a whole closet FULL of board games and activities to play if you find yourself inside for an afternoon storm. There is plenty of common areas to hang out and do a puzzle or play a game. The house also has plenty of beach items for you to use including beach chairs, umbrellas, footballs, volleyballs, sand toys, bikes, helmets, and various other things. You do need to park on the street, but there was ample parking and you don't really have to move your car that often because there is so much within walking distance. Overall I couldn't speak highly enough about our stay. Consider us new regulars.

So glad we did! We stayed in room #12 with a king size bed with plenty of cozy layers to keep us warm during the chilly early September nights. The whole house was beautifully clean, warm and welcoming. It's literally a stones throw from the beach and where we all sit once we are there, so we got out of walking the mile back to the other house our friends rent. Also, the breakfast served in the morning was delicious! Homemade bread, mini egg and ham burritos and plenty of coffee, tea and OJ. I was in heaven! Not to mention, the sub shop is across the street, so anything you need is within arms reach. We will most definitely be back again next year! Even though our room had a great view of the beach, we might try for a different room just to see what they're all like. Very happy with our stay! Resa, who was the lady in charge when we were there, is super nice!

Used hair ties, snack wrappers, and dirt on floor by 1 bed. didn't even look at other bed. Went to desk to request broom, dustpan, and towels to clean floor ( kids were tired). At that time, gentleman at desk said, "I forgot to have you sign the pet policy.". Upon reading, pet CANNOT be left unattended anywhere on hotel grounds or in your car. So, if your family wants to eat breakfast, use the pool, go out to dinner or beach, someone misses out as pet cannot be left alone. Ill re-state, I specifically asked these questions prior to placing reservation. Needless to say, it was a quick load things and kids up to drive home. Would not recommend.
