Its cast of characters and the mobile homes are amazing. Just north of Sunny Isles, its prime real estate is under constant threat of being sold. Until then, this is a millennial hipsters dream! I've seen first hand a Rv bigger than 30 foot not be able to make tight turns, there's no cable, no internet, 4 washers and 4 dryers, only 1 dryer doesn't have an out of order sign. I've seen drunken fights in houses less than 50 yards from us( directly across the street from campground with no barrier to campground. Try and find somebody if you need something..... and lastly absolutely no shade trees... but then again trees would be in the way....
