Every week her classes maintain continuity so that I am building my practice capabilities but they are also tailored to my needs am I even more knackered than usual! I first received a massage from Shamila when I was heavily pregnant.I was given the option of a relaxing or reviving massage, so I chose relaxing as I really needed to in order to be ready for labour.
