They have a couple of tills as the queues can get quite long. They also have a sale box by the tills where you can get slightly damaged items or cheap prices. Staff are always friendly and aisles are quite large to get a pushchair through without getting in the way. They also sell nice little gift sets close to christmas.

Most of the smoothies contain huge chunks of ice cream therefore if you are trying to stay away from sugar you need to ask the staff to skip that. You can add "boosts" to your juices and smoothies however I am not sure what exactly these are. I guess some kind of superfood extracts. I prefer to stick to fresh ingredients they way nature created them. They offer energy balls and banana bread. I have not tried these but they looked pretty good and yummy. If you are trying to lose weight you can try a green juice of your choice as a meal replacement. You will not be disappointed and your body will thank you for it. Definitely worth a visit. Avoid their second stand near House of Frasier if you are after a fresh juice. They only have smoothies over there.

The staff were absolutely lovely and I felt at ease straight away. From the minute you walk in to the waiting room you can tell the place is well looked after. It's calming and clean. It was close to Christmas so there were lots of people picking up gift vouchers so I don't think I'm the only one whose a fan! The treatments themselves were great. The girls went through the steps in the treatment and the products they were going to use so I knew exactly what to expect. The facial included a neck/shoulder and scalp massage. I was so close to falling asleep during it! I could feel all my pre-Christmas stress melting away. They also stock the products that they use so you can purchase them afterwards.

I spent 1/2 a day there and had a detoxifying body wrap, facial and luxury pedicure. The staff were very attentive, well trained in there specialisms and they use the best products like ESPA, Clarins, Guinot. I am now an ESPA convert as you can purchase any of the products used on you but you can only get them in ESPA salons, they are expensive but well worth it and last for ages. As for The Retreat its a little more expensive than some of the regular places in the town but you do get what you pay for and it is well worth it and absolutely recommend a visit there for a treat or more often if you can afford to!

I had a nice package with a facial and swedish massage and I felt like I woulndnt like to go home, I would just stay there forever. I use Dermalogica products therefore I can buy from her as well now. I would highly reccommend everyone this salon and talked about it with all my friends and family.
