Do everything in your power to not have to do your VA exams with this person. It will be a complete waste of your time and probably set you back months. I'm not saying this as a disgruntle person because my claim still went well in other ways. Dr. Holland Evaluated me on my VA benefits. We went calmly. She go through the details of my mental and health issues and she was there for me. I cannot thank her enough for her timer and sympathy. Dr Holland was my assigned evaluator for the VA. Except she wasn't present for 99% of the evaluation. Some little chubby white guy showed up initially and said he was doing a quick background before I was handed off to the doctor. After about 30 minutes in which he read off questions and followed up on 0% of them, Dr Holland joined the telehealth appointment, asked her intern (or whoever it was) what the results were. He replied I was fine, and they ended the appointment. The intern tried to backtrack when he realized the call was ending, but Dr Holland was satisfied that she'd earned her VA pay and moved on. Trash human being. Both involved should have their licenses revoked. If she shows up on your VA roster, call your appointment management company and ask for someone else. read more

For VA C&P exam do not allow them to send you to this examiner. another review has stated exam was done by an intern. same in my case and holland was late. (this is illegal and should be reported immediately to VES and VA). This woman will screw you over. I wish I would've heeded all the other reviews on line for her. MAKE NO MISTAKE - She WILL screw you over for your child custody, especially when the court appoints her. Save your life and your children, if the Court or the other side's lawyers even mention her name, scream "NO". She basically led me to believe she was doing an honest and fair "assessment", but she excluded almost everything favorable to me, and turning little non-incidents as something bad about me. It was a completely 1-sided 'assessment', inaccurate in many ways, and definitely inappropriate. I met this "professional" as she was court appointed to my case to conduct "child interview". Stephanie Holland did child interview behind closed door not audio or video recorded and created damaging report to help other party to win custody... My previous judge Matthew Harter prohibited her on my case based on his experience with her in past. Case moved to Linda Marquis and Holland was brought to my case... From ethics perspective she didn't do Parenting alienation assessment or Custody evaluation but was acted like she did it all. She didn't do any test and didn't collaborate none of her findings... I was left to deal with her "hearsay" testimony and report. I posted her testimony on YouTube for everyone to see. Not only she was the only reason of change of custody that Court solely relied on she also while doing child interview wrote interim recommendations letter directly violating my custodial time... Child interview in FMC costs $50 , Dr Holland charged $6,500. I filed complaint against her and Nevada Board of Psychology is covering her up. Just as example how bought out she was here is her couple finding that were opposite in facts... She was stating that child can't sit no more than 15 seconds and cannot spell his name right. Two teachers testified that my son is straight "A" student. Because my son shakes Barbie house saying "Earthquake!" She said he is aggressive. She asked him to play shouting game and called him aggressive. Because child said mom lives in mountain and her house has no dust but dad lives not in mountain there is a dust (we all know that when in the morning Las Vegas is covered in dust) well Holland use that statement as sign of parenting alienation. Child said he was grounded by dad because he was vomiting and child said daddy was mean to him... Holland concluded that mom teaches child to say daddy is "mean". Child said daddy sneaks homework from backpack Holland concluded that mom teaches child to say daddy is sneaky... I can go on she didn't even verify that my son's name is written unique "Aleksandr" and said child doesn't know how to spell name correctly. Her entire report was about how bad mother was for buying Xbox and "Call of Duty" game for Christmas stating that dad doesn't let child to play such game. When was crossed examine and her notes were revealed admitted that child played same game on dads days... in her report she put "findings " that child loves to hurt himself since dad was claimed that child was playing adult game... I strongly recommend that you keep your child far away from Dr. Holland. My child went to counseling with her for a lengthy period of time. It seems to me, she likes to keep your child in therapy as long as she can, as she has a financial interest in doing so. She seems to have zero interest in the long term success of children but rather quick fixes, i.e, "let's try this, that and some other things." She seems overly eager in appeasing the child rather than preparing them for the realities of life. She recommended that My child, who went to see her off and in for several years, live exclusively with one parent, despite my objections to have both parents in his life, especially due to the failings of the other parent. My child is now 18 years old. As predicted, Dr. Hollands recommendations resulted in poor grades, lack of work ethic, lack of interest in anything, refusal to work, refusal to go to college, refusal to get a learners permit or drivers license...and a whole lot more.
