Before

I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. The vehicle I purchased was sold as a certified pre-owned car, yet there were immediate issues that should have been identified prior to sale, including a cracked windshield and brake problems that surfaced immediately after purchase. The service department experience was even more concerning. I had to return multiple times due to incomplete or delayed repairs, communication was non existent unless I followed up myself, and promised services such as detailing were never completed. While the vehicle was in their care, the leather on driver's seat was damaged. The proposed "repair" was to glue and paint over the damage rather than replace the affected panel. They took no responsibility even though the damage happened in their care and their resolution unacceptable. Of further concern, personal documents went missing from my vehicle while it was in their care, and there was an unexplained few hundred mile increase during one of the 10 day service periods. Despite raising these issues, there was no accountability or resolution. Overall, this experience fell well below expectations and raises serious concerns about the standards behind their certified pre-owned program and their slogan "buy smart, be happy." From my experience, honesty, accountability and a happy customer is NOT their priority. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution if at all. **Ive added before and after pictures of the ripped seat. Keep in mind the seat was ripped in their care before I even took possession of the car after purchasing. Its unacceptable how they claim to have fixed. Im trying to escalate but no one returns calls there.

It was quick and easy. We've been using this dealer for our cars. Ramon is the best. He takes care of us always. He's very knowledgeable about the car, any car. The manager, Michael also took care of us and got everything done quickly.

Disappointed!!!

Just before hitting 60,000 miles on my Tucson, I brought it to Holler Hyundai for two recall services. I was also dealing with a strange issue: the doors wouldn't unlock unless I used the key manually, and when I inserted the key into the ignition, nothing happened. Oddly enough, once I removed the key, the doors would unlock and the car would start. My advisor, Anthony, suspected it was the starter. I explained that I had already had the starter, battery, and alternator tested prior to my visit, and all were functioning properly. Despite this, he said they'd need to run diagnostics--at a cost of over $300. After leaving the dealership, I called my father, who immediately said that was outrageous and suggested I go elsewhere, where diagnostics are often cheaper or even free. I called Holler Hyundai back and told them to skip the diagnostics and just perform the recall work. Later, they claimed they couldn't start my car, had to jump it, and insisted I needed a new battery. Again, I knew it wasn't the battery--it was clearly a glitch involving the locks and ignition. I picked up my car and had the battery, alternator, and starter re-tested, and once again, everything checked out fine. Now with over 60,000 miles on the car, I called the manager, Kyleigh , to discuss the issue. She was dismissive and rude. As a loyal customer, I was extremely disappointed and will never return to Holler Hyundai. I've since opened a case with Hyundai Customer Care to report the experience. For comparison, Universal Hyundai only charges $149 for diagnostics, and if the issue is something faulty, they cover it under the warranty. Holler Hyundai's pricing and service practices feel like price gouging. Had I trusted their assessment, I would've paid for unnecessary repairs.

No pressure, fair price, good inventory. They made car buying a less stressful situation.

I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

Decided to come here after going to three other car repair shops to get my Ac fixed and everytime…read morethey ended up not fixing the actual problem. When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. One would think that being a female, an auto parts store would not excite me in the least. I find…read morethese stores very useful, convenient and necessary. I love looking around at all the different products these stores offer. I have used auto parts stores for many years. The employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Please support your local auto parts store. Oh, by the way, one of the things they offer (for free) is installing a new car battery! They also do battery testing, read the codes on your check engine light for basic issues, check your alternator and starter, install new wiper blades and they have a Loan-A-Tool program. It's beginner-friendly and has a wide selection of automotive parts and guides to help first-timers. WOW!

I bought an oil filter for my car here 2 weeks ago, the young man at the register was very nice but…read moreit turned out he gave me the wrong filter. I didn't realize this until i got around to changing my 2 weeks later. I brought the filter back, there were 2 employees behind the counter, one was helping another customer, the second was a different young man who was looking at his phone and did not acknowledge me. The first employee noticed me and had to ask the young man to help me. The young man wore a name tag, "customer satisfaction specialist", which will become very ironic later. I explained to him that I needed to exchange the filter, as they gave me the wrong one last time. No apology. I did not have my receipt, but the filter was in its original box, with the shrink wrap still on the filter, and I had the cc I used to purchase it. He proceeded to tell me he could not find the sale and asked (3 times) if I was sure this was the right store. Then he asked to see my license and scanned it, he said a "no return" flag popped up and asked if I buy and return a lot of auto parts. I told him it was the first time ever, and reminded him I have the cc used (at this location) and that I would not be here, had I not been given the wrong part last time. I had to explain the story to him 3 different times and got the sense he was not listening. He still could not find the sale, but told me the correct part was $2 (yes 2 dollars) more. I asked if my inconvenience at having to come back, due to an error by the store, counted for anything. He just said nope...and then just kinda stood there like he's waiting for me to go away. Finally, he asked the other employee for help, his recap of the situation was that it looks like this was not bought here and the correct part costs more. I had to tell the 2nd employee what actually happened, for the 4th time now. The other employee went to find the right part while Mr. Customer Satisfaction kept looking at his phone. At that point I was visibly frustrated, not what i wanted to be doing on a Sunday AND Father's day. The other employee returned with the correct part and Mr. Customer Service decides to use his words again and say that I owe $2 more. The other employee hands me the part and says, "sorry, we will work this out internally". Mr. Customer Satisfaction goes back to his phone, no apology, no acknowledgement that he has no idea what he's doing and that he's basically getting paid to look at his phone. I live near this store and have always had a decent experience there but after this I will never return.
