Came to The Westchester Christmas Eve '21 to use an old (very old) gift card and was told it's so old the barcode numbers changed from like 16 to what they're now- 20 (or something like that). Old. I was helped by one swift gentleman who got customer service on the phone and I was emailed a link for a brand spanking new Levi's $40 e-gift card in like 2 days. Thank you again. I'm excited that The Westchester has its own Levi's Store. It's nowhere near as big as the old NYC Levi's Store on 59th (remember that one?), but these folks carry their own weight just fine. On top of that, there's a tailor who can change those tiny, right-side red tabs on the back, change thread color for hems and even change the metal buttons. Levi's has been part of my wardrobe staple for the last 15 yrs that I can't live without. Levi's are durable and for me, it's worth investing in some long-lasting, quality pieces that I can dress up or dress down. The fact that the Levi's Store is here, I'm a fan!

This place showed up and it was a specialty store - which I preferred over random places that may have just a few of what you might need - so I tried here. Inside the staff was friendly and everything looked neat. Though they had very little of what I actually needed, I did find one top I could use, so not a total loss. The clearance area had some great deals for footwear, but sadly none were my size. The have a small parking lot on the side of the building. Make sure you park on the side with their building as they share it with another business. If you can't find parking, then be prepared to pay the meters. It's White Plains and they WILL check the meters frequently enough because the city of White Plains loves to make money on parking ticket issuance. If you're in a profession that requires these types of clothing/footwear, then this should be a place to check out. They have a pretty great variety overall.

But after the major revamping of the Dalewood Shopping Center all thanks to Greenburgh's Town Supervisor, Paul Feiner, J Crew has grabbed a spot here with their casual- yet elevated women's, men's, children attire. I managed to find a hip-length blazer down from almost $200 to $100 less and a green linen sleeveless top. The prices for both- especially for J.Crew, couldn't be beat. Casual clothes they are, but I personally love transforming and pairing my own style with the unexpected to the mix. I love exploring this store. They primarily carry women's clothing, jewelry and accessories (tending towards the funky side), as well as a few home accessories, games, etc. Most of it is out of my budget, but it's great to browse, and there's always the clearance rack or a couple of other lucky finds. Unique and bright, it adds a lot of color to preppy Bronxville :) They also have a Manhattan store, which I hope to check out soon.
