They tried taking my entire deposit AND charging me another $100 (so they took $800+) after i moved out, even though they didn't replace ANYTHING but one screen and a few $10 blinds, because they charge $75 to paint ONE wall to cover an inch of fallen paint. Some people have had their floors ripped up for thousands over accusations of pet messes, thankfully they didn't try it on me and i had black light photos to prove otherwise. BUT if they smell "cat" (which is what happens when you own an animal? especially when you're paying $75 a month!!) they'll charge you $100 to deodorize even if they didn't smell it at move out.
