DO NOT USE HER. I can't even begin to say what an awful, horrific, nasty human being this person is. It's embarrassing that she can practice as a Guardian Ad Litem, she has utterly disregarded my son who she claims to represent and let him be harmed in multiple occasions. It got to the point that she wrote in an email that her "boyfriend" Ross Johnson was going to step in for her supervised visit for my son with his dad if she wasn't available-this is the guy who she had a permanent restraining order against for stalking, assaulting and battering her in her own home- she thought he was safe enough to host a supervised visit in her place with my barely 18 month old child. She should not be allowed near ANY children and her gross neglect is DISGUSTING. I am so thankful that my attorney could get rid of her. I cannot urge you enough to NOT engage in any form of business with Holly Chernoff. It is crucial to exercise caution when considering her services. In my experience, she has demonstrated subpar performance as an attorney and mediator. The experience was profoundly disappointing. Her behavior was unprofessional, unethical, rude, incompetent, inept, and inefficient - all of which are understatements.
