After making a similar, albeit briefer, version of this review on Facebook I received a response that indicates very little concern on their part. I was told that I should have told them when they called me that this time wouldn't work for me and that they were sorry that being told they were running behind wasn't good enough for me (a tad snarky in my opinion). Never mind the fact that I waited nearly an hour *after* the adjusted 4:20 time; far longer than the "couple minutes" I was informed of when I arrived. I have no way of knowing how long I would have waited had I not left when I did and clearly they are not bothered the least bit by this.
