That being said the other three times that I have been here I've been helped by the main office lady, who is consistently aggressive, non-informative, unprofessional, and basically refuses to help in any way until the police are called because she keept refusing to do anything, told me I could fill out the paper and it wouldn't be put in the system it didn't matter. That she blatantly refused to do her job even if I did what I was supposed to. all I asked was to change my address . The officer gave me the slip and I took it and Went to another office and it was done in 3 seconds. No information on how to do it from her, no information on how to change it , just said no. . Thankfully, there's many other post offices around here. I wouldn't waste your time.

Getting in this place is a little tough b/c the line was to the door to go through the security…read moreline. Once inside, it was the most efficient finger-printing I have ever had done (to be fair, this was only the second time). The woman checking me in wasn't the nicest person, but the person doing my finger-printing was super friendly and efficient. It took me about 15-20 minutes total to get in and out. Mission accomplished. My appointment was at 11am, and I got there at about 10:15 and walked out the door around 10:30. I will say that the line when I was leaving was quite a bit longer. So getting there around 10 is the key. What a surprisingly easy experience.

Good 'ol Fenton, MI!…read more 'Be Closer' is the slogan here in Fenton, no one can give you an exact definition of the term but everyone here in town knows exactly what it means. It's a beautiful town filled with lovely lakes, friendly people and Michigan charm. From old Downtown to the Lower West Side you'll find hard working folks with a little bit of class. There's nice food being served and lovely little shops being browsed. Concert series in Summer, Apple Fest in Fall, Jinglefest in Winter, here in Fenton they've got it all. Sure it's got its downsides...the roads and drugged up youngn's, but for little towns in Michigan - Fenton is surely where it's at. -1 star because no one recycles.
