All of which they do have. But the keyword here is collectables, there is a lot of geeky and nerdy stuff in this shop, Asian pop themed as well as general. I love love love primark!…read more This a fairly big store and has everything you need! The clothes are cheap as is the underwear and accessories. People often comment that the clothes are not good quality but almost everything i have bought has washed up well and i have worn time and time again. However if you do get the odd item that doesnt wash or wear well it is not a major loss because of the cheapness. I often buy my summer holiday wardrobe at Primark with t-shirts costing between £1.50 and £3 and shorts for about £5. Flip flops and bikinis are also amazing value. I am not overly keen on the ladies underwear but my partner wears the boxer shorts and the black socks for work. The only downside to this shop is the queue's and the fact that it sometimes resembles a jumble sale! The queue's are massive and sometimes snake around the clothes! I would recommed going 1st thing in the morning when it opens and midweek, never a weekend! The staff are always nice and will always go out to the stock room to look for stuff for you.

The store is very close to the main entrance to West Quay shopping centre if you are coming in from the Precinct entrance. As I was the only customer in the store the staff didn't really appear to have much to do except follow me around the store. I know there must be a problem with shop lifting due to the size of some of the items but I was made to feel really uncomfortable. I picked what I needed, bought and left very quickly. The store does have a huge range of cheapish accessories from earings to hair pieces and hen night accessories to HSM3 goodies and so I know I will probably be forced to go again but I really don't like the type of service I received at all.

I have visited fench connection in Chester, and this store is tiny, and under the arches, but still seems to have a better and bigger range than the one in southampton. What they do have on offer is the usual stuff, and never really seems to change much each year. Their quality is pretty good though, i have bought t shirts from there before, and they have outlasted almost every other t shirt i have ever bought, so in that respect, fait play! Simple store, always quiet, so getting served aint a problem!
